@ToreSays, just got my response from the Colorado regarding Judge Barrett.
They don’t even address her 8th Amendment rights!
They neglected to mention any type of appeal process and ended their letter citing Colorado law requiring confidentiality.
(I’m not sure if this is a threat or a promise.)
I will be sending them a request for re evaluation but my gut is telling me
this Commission may need some evaluation of its own!

Got mine today as well.
Same cookie cutter letter, even the same date October 14, 2025.
I don't know how everyone worded their complaints but they didn't address the "ethical obligations" in my complaint that a Judge is held to, and just deflected the entire complaint as a "disagreement with Judge Barrett's rulings" which allows for Colo. RJD 13(c) and clear dismissal of our concerns.
“The Commission is responsible for determining whether a state court judge has complied with ethical principles (or Canons) contained within the Code of Judicial Conduct (the Code). The Commission does not have jurisdiction to address appellate or administrative issues relating to judicial proceedings. The Commission also cannot change or alter a judge’s rulings.”

Response from my complaint against Judge Barrett arrived:
Colorado Commission is clearly corrupt.
“the Commission cannot act on your complaints pursuant to Colo. RJD 13 because your RFE does not allege “sufficient grounds” for disciplinary proceedings, and your allegations “involve subject matter that is not within the jurisdiction of the Commission.”
