Make notifications expandable on China ROM

> Open MiuiSystemUI with MT Manager or similar tools
> Open all of the dex files with Dex Editor Plus or decompile it
> Navigate to:

/com/android/systemui/statusbar/notification

> Open:

NotificationUtil.smali

> Find:

.method public static hasExpandingFeature()Z

> Then find:

sget-boolean v0, Lcom/miui/systemui/BuildConfig;->IS_INERNATIONAL:Z

> Change it to:

const/4 v0, 0x1

> Save it, Recompile it, then push to the system
> Beg the system to boot after you did all of that
> Profit

Attention for Xiaomi CN users

For those who use banking apps that requires you to turn off any apps that need accessibility features but after you checked it, all of the apps that need it are off, here's how you fix it:

settings put secure enabled_accessibility_services ""

Run this on termux, with ROOT. remember, with root access.

Or you can just install SetEdit on Play Store, allow the app to have the Write Secure Settings permission, go to Secure table, find "enabled_accessibility_services", and delete all of the values inside.

oh well, as usual with their own way of doing things lol, i mean hey, i bet y'all forgot that xiaomi broke the functionality of installing split apks without root, nowadays you need to be root just to install split apks on china rom, pissed me off.

this is the same reason of why i still prefer only 1 base that i could work on, like for example, on A13 is veux, on A14 is sunstone, and on A15 is garnet. all of these devices have stock global and china, and ofc one from xiaomi.eu too, even tho its all over the place recently.
