Mani kuzatadigan obunachilarim biladilar, biz avval “Nisa Ladies’ School” nomi bilan faoloyatimizni boshlagan edik. Nisa keng omma tomonidan juda iliq qabul qilindi, ko’p proyektlar qilindi. Shu loyiha orqali man ko’pchilikni, ko’pchilik mani tanidi.

Keyin esa, ham erkaklar, ham ayollar uchun ta’limni yo’lga qo’yib “LinguaBarno” nomi ostida faoliyatimizni davom ettirdik. Juda kuchli jamoa yig’ildi. Mana 1 yildan ortiq muddat davomida shu brend ustida ish olib boryapman.

Bu muddat davomida katta ishlar qila oldik, yutuqlarga erishdik va ko’plab yoshlarga sifatli ta’lim bera oldik.

Ana endi, jamoamizga Mahfuza Sultonova (IELTS 8.5), Nilufar Jalolova: @asiyasblog (CEFR C1, TESOL) Umidjon Tursunov (IELTS 8.0), Madina Fozilova (IELTS 8.0), Sabrina Asliddinovna (IELTS 8.0), Muhammadali Ziyovuddinov (IELTS 8.0), kabi kuchli ekspertlar yig’lib haqiqiy HUBga aylandik. I have not formulated any New Year Resolutions and hopefully will never do so. I think waiting for any specific date or event to start acting is a classic version of Procrastination.

Those people I personally know or just follow on social media who make resolutions and show it to others have either never embarked on it, took it up and soon gave up or just chose to hide it and never talked about those BIG PLANS in their blogs again.

Now, what I usually do when it comes to these BIG PLANS is that, I always feel I am responsible for several things, even before/after/during New Year. I usually do not need any extrinsic motivation that pushes me forward/further, Alhamdulillah. I am responsible for my own future, family, business, team and etc. Why should smb or smth remind me of them?

I've always had unexpected and unplanned drifts in my life when Allah has diverted me in these deeds, plans, dreams. I chose and applied to the Uni at the end of academic year (WIUT only), I applied to the job and started working in Oct, I start and read books whenever I feel like, I take up courses whenever I come across with good feedback, I started my projects whenever a chance to do so emerged... And Alhamdulillah for all of them.

Once I take these new responsibilities onto my shoulders, I now discipline, hard work and hardship are all inevitable. I push myself and feel responsible for them. I discovered Duolingo in late Jan, started classes in Feb and have been practicing it regularly despite a lack of any urge or an ad of Masterclass recently popped up on my screen, I liked it, bought and since then am pushing myself to watch lessons regularly. And all these small changes and extra duties I have now were unplanned and not posted online under a fancy name of "New Year Resolution".

All in all, stop shouting, stop seeking for extrinsic motivation, instead boost your personal responsibility and discipline. This is the secret of achievers (whom I want to become).

1. Meni vaqtim yoq- tarjimasi: Vaqtim bir dunyo lekin prosto sizni kursiz va bergan vazifalariz meni prioritetimga kirmaydi!

2. Oraliqlarim bor- tarjimasi: men butun semester oqimadim va endi kelayotgan imtihongacha 2-3 oylik mavzularni 1-2 haftada bajarishim kerak!

3. Kitobni bugun oldim- tarjimasi: oqituvchim kecha tugilgan va shu darajada soddaki hozirgi dunyoda elektron kitoblar borligini bilmaydi

Ingliz tili qanchalik imkoniyatlar berishini tushintirib otirmiman. Kozizni ochingda uyga vazifayizni qiling. Qimagan taqdirizdayam “yosh bola pozitsiyasidan” chiqing!!!

Yaxshi oqituvchida oqib rezultat kormayotgan bosayiz ayb sizda!!!
