Everything that's destined to reach you is being delayed because you're not prepared for it. You may need to sacrifice a couple of bad habits, or look at things in a different way.
You might have to forgive some people in your heart, and finally bury the pain in the past. You might have to let some people go and realize your life can't continue like this.
Whatever it is, you just can't receive anything from Allah without being prepared for it first. So never ever think that Allah doesn't want to give it to you or what is destined for you isn't coming. For it will only arrive when Allah knows you're ready for it and Allah knows best.

As we flip the calendar from 2024 to 2025, itβs just numbers changingβnothing more, at least to me. Alhamdulillah, 2024 has been such an interesting and transformative year. I could never sum it up in a single post; perhaps, if I ever write a book, this year will hold a chapter of its own.
This year, the most beautiful thing happened: I grew closer to my deen. Itβs my greatest achievement, unmatched by anything else. May Allah keep us steadfast in our prayers, our faith, and on the straight path in the coming year.
Wishing you all a year filled with peace, happiness, blessings, and the guidance of Allah SWT.
P.S. Sometimes when you think youβve lost, youβve actually been guided to what you needed most. SubhanAllah.

First Tahajjud of the year, Alhamdulillah. Thereβs something indescribable about being in sujood, tears flowing uncontrollably, yet feeling the deepest comfort and peace settle in your heart. Subhan Allah, this is the mercy of our Rabb.
May this be a year where our hearts remain close to Allah and our prayers sincere.

Al-Hasan al-Basri once said, "I knew the journey would be lonely, and I had no one with me, so I memorized the Quran."
These words resonate deeply, reminding me that even in solitude, we are never truly alone.
My recitation is far from perfect, yet the thought of You and the reward for every letter keeps my tongue moving, trying, and yearning. Alhamdulillah for the gift of trying and for the comfort that comes from knowing You are near, always.
May our hearts find strength and solace in this beautiful journey of learning and connection.

Imagine this: our very own little library, shelves lined with wisdom. Imagine you handing me every book by Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf, not because you want me to teach your kids, but because you see me as one of your own. Investing in my heart and mind, not out of duty, but out of love. Now thatβs a legacy worth building, donβt you think π₯Ή

Dear Future Husband,
Your scarf is ready. Wallahi, I donβt even know who you are or when weβll meet, but I pray to Allah to unite us at the perfect time, under the most beautiful circumstances. In shaa Allah.
I began this journey in Allahβs name, and stitches of this scarf were woven with duas for you. Even though I donβt know you yet, I prayed for you. I prayed for us, that we both stay far away from haram and come together in the purest and most halal way. I asked for your success, for barakah in your life, and for ease in all the good you do.
As I knitted, I whispered istighfar with every loop, hoping that our future would be blessed by my repentance today.
And today, even when I burned my finger while cooking, I couldnβt stop. I kept knitting because I wanted so deeply to finish this.
So your scarf is ready, and my prayers for you continue. May Allah guide us both to the path that leads to Him and eventually to each other.
With patience and hope,
Your future wife
