Munshi-Ayyangar Formula
The Munshi-Ayyangar Formula was a compromise in the Constituent Assembly to resolve the official language debate. It proposed:
- Hindi in Devanagari as India's official language (Article 343).
- English to continue for 15 years (till 1965) for official purposes.
- Parliament review after 15 years on English usage.
- Statesβ choice for their official languages.
- Use of international numerals (1, 2, 3, etc.).
- Due to anti-Hindi agitations, the Official Languages Act, 1963, allowed English to continue indefinitely alongside Hindi. This formula helped maintain linguistic harmony.

What are Nano Bubbles?
Nano bubbles are tiny gas bubbles in water, much smaller than regular bubbles. Their size is typically less than 200 nanometers (1 nanometer = 1 billionth of a meter). They are invisible to the naked eye and have unique properties that make them useful in water purification, agriculture, and medicine.
Where Are Nano Bubbles Used?
β Water Treatment β Cleans polluted water and removes bacteria.
β Aquaculture β Increases oxygen in fish ponds, helping fish grow healthier.
β Agriculture & Hydroponics β Provides oxygen to plant roots for better growth.
β Medical & Healthcare β Used in wound healing and drug delivery.
β Industrial Cleaning β Removes biofilm and contaminants from pipes and surfaces.
Why Are Nano Bubbles Important?
β Eco-Friendly β No chemicals are needed to clean water.
β More Effective β Dissolves oxygen better than normal bubbles.
β Cost-Effective β Reduces the need for chemicals and frequent cleaning.
Nano bubble technology is a revolutionary way to improve water quality, plant growth, and environmental sustainability. π§π
