In that dark crew of financial pirates there are those who would cut a man's throat to get a dollar out of his pocket; there are those who send money into states to buy votes to control our legislatures; there are those who maintain International propaganda for the purpose of deceiving us into granting of new concessions which will permit them to cover up their past misdeeds and set again in motion their gigantic train of crime.
These twelve private credit monopolies were deceitfully and disloyally foisted upon this Country by the bankers who came here from Europe and repaid us our hospitality by undermining our American institutions. Those bankers took money out of this Country to finance Japan in a war against Russia. They created a reign of terror in Russia with our money in order to help that war along. They instigated the separate peace between Germany and Russia and thus drove a wedge between the Allies in the World War.
They financed Trotsky's passage from New York to Russia so that he might assist in the destruction of the Russian Empire. They fomented and instigated the Russian Revolution, and placed a large fund of American dollars at Trotsky's disposal in one of their branch banks in Sweden so that through him, Russian homes might be thoroughly broken up and Russian children flung far and wide from their natural protectors. They have since begun breaking up of American homes and the dispersal of American children."

New paper debunks a major justification for the Great Replacement:
No evidence ageing or declining populations compromise socio-economic performance of countries (Bradshaw & McDermott, 2025)
"Our results provide a strong evidence-based counter to the politically motivated claim that declining/slow-growing and ageing populations in any way compromise national economic performance, income distribution, productivity, political stability, well-being, or health of its citizens. In fact, such populations generally have the highest socio-economic performance indicators in the world."
"This result supports the mounting evidence that smaller populations are in fact beneficial to most of society, in sharp contrast to the unsubstantiated political rhetoric of ‘baby busts’ and an ensuing economic Armageddon."
The authors included one pro-immigration sentence, which was incongruent with their conclusion, but overall a good paper.

The new rules removed about 3,500 books from the list of restricted literature as part of Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev's campaign, called glasnost or openness, to lift the veil on the nation's hidden past.
Officials said the 3,500 books were among 4,000 reviewed so far by the committee examining restricted literature. The other 500 were still restricted, some because they could be easily misunderstood by a politically immature audience, the newspaper said.
Since the emergence of the Soviet Union in 1917 and especially since the strict censorship that began in the late 1920s, some 6,000 political books and works of fiction have been classified as restricted, Solodin told the newspaper.
The newspaper also said writings by dissident authors who left the country in the 1970s would be examined to determine whether they should be available in public libraries and not exclusively reserved for specialists.
But it did not mention some of those authors, such as Alexander Solzhenitsyn, whose prison camp memoir 'One Day in the Life of the Ivan Denisovitch' was removed from library shelves in 1974 when he was banished from the country."

As of 1 October 1951 the number of specialists working is 166, and 289 of their family members. All the foreign specialists have been housed with their families in Branch Nº 1 of NII-88 on the island of Gorodomlia of Lake Seliger in Kalinin Oblast. The German specialists have been mainly assigned with following tasks: Help in the reconstruction of the technical documentation and the reproduction of the captured Germany A-4 rocket. Develop designs of new models of rocket technology, using their experience and knowledge in this field... Когда Наполеон действительно начал вторжение, именно казаки первыми встретили врага. Русская армия вынуждена была отступать, а казаки прикрывали отход, сдерживая наступление французов.
В бою у деревни Мир отряд атамана Матвея Платова дважды разбил французов и помог выиграть время для русских войск.
На Бородинском поле казаки снова отличились. Под командованием Платова они обошли французов с фланга и ударили по тылу, запутав врага и помогая русской армии держать оборону.
Особенно казаки запомнились французам во время их отступления из Москвы. Они без остановки преследовали врага от столицы до самых западных границ России.
Одним из ярких эпизодов стал бой у села Ляхово 28 октября 1812 года. Французские войска генерала Ожеро попытались атаковать правый фланг русской армии, но были остановлены артиллерией. В это время казаки под командованием Орлова-Денисова ударили по врагу и заставили его бежать. Французский отряд оказался в окружении, и генерал Ожеро сдался вместе с более чем полутора тысячами солдат

In 1810, it became known that France was preparing to attack the Russian Empire. In response to this, several Cossack regiments — eight Don and three Bug — were sent to the western borders.
When Napoleon finally began his invasion, it was the Cossacks who were the first to meet the enemy. The Russian army was forced to retreat, while the Cossacks covered the withdrawal and held back the advancing French troops.
In the battle near the village of Mir, Ataman Matvei Platov’s detachment defeated the French twice and helped the Russian army gain time for maneuver.
At the Battle of Borodino, the Cossacks again distinguished themselves. Under Platov’s command, they outflanked the French and struck from the rear, confusing the enemy and helping the Russian forces hold their positions.
The Cossacks became especially memorable to the French during their retreat from Moscow. They relentlessly pursued the enemy from the capital to the far western borders of Russia.
One of the most notable episodes was the battle near the village of Lyakhovo on October 28, 1812. The French troops under General Augereau tried to attack the right flank of the Russian army but were stopped by artillery fire. At that moment, Cossacks under the command of Orlov-Denisov struck the enemy, forcing them to flee. The French detachment was surrounded, and General Augereau surrendered along with more than 1,500 soldiers.
In the end, having lost many men and constantly harassed by the Cossacks, the remnants of Napoleon’s army crossed the Neman River on December 1, 1812, and left Russian territory.
