1970s - A striking view of the north and south banks of the river Thames from St Paulβs Cathedral in 1972. One can see smoke from the Bankside Power Station (now the Tate-Modern), the ability for cars to navigate their way around, and a great many buildings and sites that have since been ruthlessly redeveloped. I wonder what you will recognize, or, more to the point, what you will not.
