#ROTHERHITHE (Borough of #Southwark)
Date: 27th September
Meeting at: #Rotherhithe Station

Join us for a walk and a few refreshments as we delve into the living museums of #Britain.
The tours will last between 2-1/2 to 3 hours (usually more) and will end in a pub.
Prices: Β£20 per ticket (for over 18s),
16-18: Β£10
Under 16s: Free (If accompanied by a paying adult)
Thank you to those who've attended so far. I look forward to seeing you again and meeting new people. π€

Just had to spend another 20 minutes or so cleaning up the glass of several smashed bottles on the only pavement in an allocated dog walking park. I find myself doing this a lot, but this one has really annoyed me. It only takes one piece to irrevocably damage someone's dog or, worse, a child. Respect and decorum have become a thing of the past.

The art of stone masonry and the results it produced puts modern architecture to utter shame. Watching this really highlights the level of skill and the arduous work involved in creating the beautiful structures of the past. It also gives us an insight into the skill behind the few people who still uphold this trade and skill to this day.
