Imagine calling a pub like this an "eyesore plot" instead of suggesting it should be saved by any means possible. What a disingenuous, untrustworthy press we have.

One of the many reasons that people are especially addicted to their phones is because, unlike our recent ancestors, you can no longer innocently enjoy English scenery in the knowledge that life is good when we all know bloody well that it isn't.

The more that time goes on, the more I want to go back.

Ageing in todays world is made far harder whilst living in the knowledge that future generations will never see so many of the wonderful things that so many of us barely remember.

Though it's noble to work hard and to make a success of one's self, do not spend, and waste your entire life working for someone else if it means you'll never do so in one way or another for yourself.
