It would be absolutely marvellous if London still had all of the little features that made our glorious capital look quintessentially English as opposed to sights like this being few and far between.

No matter where I've been in the world, nothing has ever compared to the quaintness of beautiful blighty.

An unusual topic for me, but I can't exactly listen to Dean Martin while training. But, considering this track was made in 1993 and is still as timeless as ever, I'm not being outlandish when I say it may be one of the best house/garage tunes ever made.

I'm one of the final few who is young yet old enough to remember the days when good mental health and happiness depended upon the activities we did together. Now, social skills and happiness have given way to isolation not only due to technology, but the poison it produces.
