There are no poisonous snakes or poisonous insects. You may feel the bite of a few midges or sand flies, but none of these creatures will harm you.

๐ฐ๐ฟ Kazakhstan, Big Almaty Lake.
Big Almaty Lake, or BAO for short, is a picturesque lake 20 kilometres from Almaty. The body of water is close to the Kyrgyz state border, but no special passes are required to visit - and the millions of tourists who have been here are the best proof of that. The BAO is hidden in a mountainous area with scenery of inexpressible beauty and delicious air filled with the fragrance of fragrant herbs and the freshness of the snow-capped peaks of the Zailiisky Alatau.

๐ณ๐ฑ Netherlands, Zandam.
Zandam is a very picturesque city. It has been the industrial centre of the region since the 17th century. Paper production and shipbuilding were particularly developed here, with windmills being heavily used. In 1697, Peter I studied shipbuilding here. The wooden house where he lived has been ideally preserved to this day. Now it houses a museum. In the city Claude Monet found the inspiration for many of his masterpieces. The painter was impressed by the architecture and the breadth of the colourful houses, as well as the boats, and the hundreds of windmills. Just north of Zandam is a unique museum village, Zaanse Schans. There you can see old wooden huts, windmills, visit a wooden shoe-making workshop and taste some delicious cheese.
