📢 Third Online Webinar (Ninth Creditor Townhall) Announcement

Join us for the Third Online Webinar, during which we will explain to you what the Amended Scheme contemplates, with a focus on the differences between the Amended Scheme and the Scheme dated 12 March 2025. This session seeks to help you to better understand the Amended Scheme and make an informed decision when revoting. The revote will take place between 30 July 2025, 7:30 PM IST, and 6 August 2025, 7:30 PM IST.

With revoting for the Amended Scheme of Arrangement now complete, we thank everyone who participated and cast their vote.

The next step is independent verification of all submitted votes by Joshua Taylor and Henry Anthony Chambers of Alvarez & Marsal Pte Ltd. As Independent Assessors, they will review and verify each vote to ensure every vote is counted as submitted, in line with the commitment to transparency and fairness.

Once their assessment is complete, an official verification report will be submitted to Zettai Pte Ltd and the Scheme Manager. Zettai will then issue a notice to all Scheme Creditors with the final verified voting results.

📢 Update on Amended Scheme of Arrangement Revote

95.7% of voting Scheme Creditors supported the Amended Scheme of Arrangement. The Amended Scheme was also supported by 94.6% of associated Approved Claims. This outcome reaffirms the strong support shown in the first round of voting and reflects our community's continued confidence in the restructuring plan.

We are deeply grateful to all Scheme Creditors for showing strong majority support in both rounds of voting.

All votes have been independently verified by Joshua Taylor and Henry Anthony Chambers of Alvarez & Marsal (SE Asia) Pte Ltd. A formal notice to all Scheme Creditors with the verified results has been sent via email. Zettai has proceeded to file, among other things, an amended summons in HC/SUM 940/2025 ("SUM 940") in the Singapore Court to obtain the Court's sanction of the Amended Scheme 🙏

📢 Update from Court Hearing

The hearing for SUM 940 took place today, 3 September 2025, before the Singapore Court. No decision was made at this stage, and the Court will fix another hearing to hear additional arguments.

We understand the community’s eagerness for the platform restart. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to achieve this under an effective Scheme, and we will continue to provide timely updates.

📢 Update on Court-Directed Next Steps

At the hearing of HC/SUM 940/2025 on 3 Sept 2025, the Singapore High Court issued directions on the filing of an Indian law expert affidavit by certain opposing creditors (the “Relevant Non-Parties”). As the expert affidavit filed by the Relevant Non-Parties was not compliant with the Court’s directions, the Court has issued further directions for the Relevant Non-Parties to file a replacement affidavit.

The current timelines in connection with the above are as follows:

1) The Relevant Non-Parties are to file replacement expert affidavit by 19 Sept 2025, 12 PM SGT / 9.30 AM IST

2) If the Relevant Non-Parties file the replacement expert affidavit by the timeline above, Zettai Pte Ltd (“Zettai”) is to file their Indian law expert reply affidavit by 22 Sept 2025, 2 PM SGT / 11.30 AM IST

3) The Relevant Non-Parties and Zettai are to file their written submissions by 26 Sept 2025, 2 PM SGT / 11.30 AM IST

Further to our filing of legal submissions on 26 September 2025, the Singapore High Court has issued further directions in relation to SUM 940.

The Court has directed Zettai Pte Ltd to file submissions by 3 October 2025, 2 PM SGT / 11.30 AM IST, addressing certain paragraphs from the written submissions filed by the Relevant Non-Parties.

📢 Update on Proposed Scheme of Arrangement

Following the filing of written submissions in HC/SUM 940/2025 as directed by the Singapore High Court, the Court has scheduled the hearing for 13 October 2025, at 7:30 AM IST / 10:00 AM SGT.

📢 Scheme of Arrangement Sanctioned by the Singapore High Court

We are pleased to share that the Singapore Court has sanctioned the Scheme proposed by Zettai in HC/SUM 940/2025 (“SUM 940”) with modification, marking a decisive step forward in the recovery journey.

What Happens Next:

» Now that the Scheme is sanctioned, Zettai Pte Ltd will file the order with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)

» Post-filing the order, the WazirX platform will restart within 10 business days, as originally envisioned

This milestone brings us to the final stage of restructuring, ensuring that all promised benefits under the Scheme are preserved and paving the way for distributions, trading, and the issuance of Recovery Tokens to begin.

We are pleased to share that the sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement has been duly filed with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) on 15 October 2025.

The conclusion of the court proceedings and the filing of the order with ACRA paves the way for the implementation phase - where users will receive distributions and Recovery Token under the Scheme.

The WazirX platform will restart within 10 business days from the Scheme’s effective date of 15 October 2025.

The Funds page has been updated and now reflects the same token quantities as shown on the Rebalanced NLPA page. This update ensures consistency across both views as we move closer to the platform restart 🙏🚀

📢 INR and Crypto Deposits Now Live

Deposits for both INR and crypto are now enabled on WazirX.

You can now add INR or transfer crypto to your WazirX account as we move closer to the restart of trading on the platform.

Trading Will Begin with ZERO Trading Fee Across All Markets 🚀

Trading on WazirX will resume with zero trading fee across markets, making it easier for every user to trade seamlessly as the platform restarts.

Trading for tokens will be enabled gradually over four days, beginning on 24th October 2025. Each day, around 25% of all tokens will be enabled until the platform reaches full functionality by 27th October 2025, well within the 10-business-day timeline set out in the Court-sanctioned Scheme.

During this phase:

» From 24th to 27th October, all tokens will be enabled for trading in the USDT market.

» In the INR market, only the USDT/INR pair will be enabled for trading initially. Other INR trading pairs will be enabled gradually after the platform reaches full functionality, with separate announcements shared accordingly.
