You can take a new photo, upload an existing one, search the web for a new image, or remove your current photo. Telegram has a personal ‘Saved Messages’ space for each user. However, on Telegram, you don’t need to take this hacky route for sending uncompressed media files. Just select your media and tap on the 3-dot menu.
