Brotherhood and Team-Building

Your club should be a band of brothers.

Tight. Dependable. Ride or die.

An initiation rite helps. RAM didn’t have one, but when I ran a street crew in NYC, we did.

Create a real challenge physical, or activism-based for new recruits ( spar the rest of the club, ruck a mountain, post 100 stickers etc ). Then a welcoming ceremony: a W2R shirt, a patch, the XIV tattoo , something earned.

What we’ve learned about X is simple: you can say it, just don’t do it. Post your hot take. Drop your edgy meme. Say pro-white slogans as long as it stays behind glass. But take it offline? Hit the street? Show your face (or cover it)? That’s when the bans come. That’s when the doors slam shut.

And it doesn’t stop with X. Even the so-called “our guy” influencers play the same game. A lot of them used to share our media, echo our slogans, train like us, dress like us. Some we even helped get started gave them a platform, a push. Now they act like they’ve never heard of us. All to protect their brand, their place in the feed.

But here’s the truth: Will2Rise was never built on blue checks or big names. We never needed approval from the anyone. What we built came from the guys on the street. The ones behind the balaclavas. The ones who show up, rain or shine, cameras or not.

For them, we continue. For them, we rise as we always have.
