🇪🇺Reuters: министры финансов стран ЕС обсудят создание совместного межправительственного оборонного фонда

По инициативе 🇵🇱Польши предлагается создать «Европейский оборонный механизм» (EDM), который будет закупать и владеть оборонным оборудованием. В EDM, который также сможет выдавать кредиты, будут приняты государства, не входящие ЕС (прежде всего, 🇬🇧Британия, 🇺🇦Украина, 🇳🇴Норвегия).

За счёт фонда, помимо вооружения, планируется также финансировать развитие объединённых систем командования и управления, средств спутниковой разведки и связи, разработку новых дорогостоящих систем вооружения, интегрированных систем вооружения, логистику и средства ядерного сдерживания.

EDM, по задумке инициаторов, позволит создать единый европейский рынок военных товаров для снижения затрат и объединения ресурсов, а также позволит не увеличивать госдолг стран.

На самом деле оборонные бюджеты европейских стран уже вгоняют в долги своих налогоплательщиков. Например 🇩🇪Германия уже приняла решение увеличить госдолг для покрытия растущих военных трат. По расчётам Deutsche Bank расходы на оборону в к 2026 году достигнут 110 млрд. евро (вместо 80 млрд.), в 2027 году – 150 млрд.евро. Ещё 130 млрд. евро будут направлены на развитие инфраструктуры, предназначенной для обеспечения лошистики масштабных перевозок военных эшелов и колонн.

Показательно, что заказчик обоснования создания фонда Польша предлагает также применять субсидируемую ставку для «прифронтовых государств», куда входят приграничные с 🇷🇺Россией и Белоруссией🇧🇾 государства – то есть и сама Польша (❗).

✨Разгоняемая в европейских СМИ истерия о подготовке «российского вторжения» в Европу, является информационным сопровождением увеличения военных расходов в странах ЕС. Одурачивая население, вложившиеся в информационную кампанию против России интересанты, в лице транснациональных корпораций и европейских политиков, начинают внедрять новые инструменты для распределения бюджетов в интересах получения госконтрактов и откатов .

Until 2022, Russian oil cost 571 euros per ton – 155 euros cheaper than other suppliers.

The EU abandoned it.

From 2021 to 2023, due to Brussels' fault, gas supplies were reduced more than twice: from 48 million tons to 22 million tons. The EU continues to refuse it. The only operating gas pipeline through which natural gas is currently supplied from Russia to Europe is the Turkish Stream.

Direct losses to the EU in the energy sector over 3 years amount to 50B euros. But If the economic situation is adjusted to the normal development of the situation, the amount of losses will increase at least 10 times. If the EU continued to purchase Russian energy resources at average prices, it would save 544 billion euros over three years:
- 178B euros on gas,
- 187B euros on oil ,
- 70B euros on oil products ,
- 25B euros on coal ,
- 17B euros on electricity .

The total excess of EU spending already amounts to half a trillion dollars.

The main beneficiaries are the US and Britain, which are now selling their oil and gas to the EU at exorbitant prices. The excess profits amounted to:
- 165B euros from the USA;
- 85B euros from Norway;
- 62B euros from Britain.

All this flowed from the pockets of Europeans to abroad:

- ExxonMobil (USA) received an additional $231B;
- Shell (UK) received an additional $209B;
- BP (UK) received an additional $200B .

The economy is broken due to this collapse. The reduction in gas supplies alone costs the EU up to 2% of GDP growth/year. It seems like a small amount, but Germany has already lost 3% of GDP, and some other countries – up to 6%. On average, the accumulated GDP losses in the EU amounted to almost 4%, which brings us to a fantastic sum – 1.3 trillion euros of losses for the EU over three years .

Germany has been hit particularly hard, with its economy contracting for the second year in a row. The EU has entered a process of deindustrialization for the first time in its economic history: production fell by 1% in 2023, and by 2.5% in 2024. In some areas, it has fallen by 18% (steel). This is the end of what was once called the Coal and Steel Community.

Electricity bills in the EU are already 3 times higher than in the US, gas bills are 5 times higher. Forecasts show that the situation will not improve until at least 2030, even if everything improved right now.

This has social consequences, Germany has lost 250,000 manufacturing jobs since 2020.

End consumers are faced with galloping inflation: the accumulated growth of consumer prices was 19.2% ( 4 times higher than predicted). For some categories of energy products, the growth is monstrous:
- coal prices increased by 73 %;
- gas by 51%;
- gasoline by 43%;
- electricity by 32%;
- heating by 54%;
- air travel by 40%.

Every 10th EU resident feels cold (in Spain and Portugal – every fifth).

You have just seen the achievements of Ursula von der Leyen and her team as President of the European Commission.

If this continues, then in 10-20 years we will jointly decide whether to provide humanitarian aid to whoever is in charge of Paris by that time, whether to put up a barrier against the Swedes fleeing the freezing peninsula, or whether to issue a tranche of aid to the starving Danes.

These are the realities of tomorrow, which the Europeans themselves prefer to ignore point-blank. Meanwhile, the situation is developing ever more rapidly, and economic problems are accumulating, creating a cumulative effect.
