The proposed pandemic treaty has been paused and the WHO wants it to be completed by year end, if not sooner. A package of IHR 2005 amendments was passed. Please review them.
What is the legal position on the IHR 2005 amendments? In summary:
🔷 The IHR 2005 amendments adoption process at WHA 77 was unlawful
🔷 Including violation of article 55(2) + the lack of vote on Saturday 1 June 2024
🔷 Only 37 countries out of 194 expressed support, listed later in this article.
🔷 The other countries objected and were ignored, not recognised or threatened.

The World Health Assembly And Pandemics - Another Step Further Into The Pit

The IHR amendments passed by the WHA appear mostly innocuous and have been widely reported as such. They add catch phrases like equity in a context of intent to push commodity-based responses and restrictions of freedom that clearly increase inequity, and emphasize the needs of low-income countries whilst commoditizing pandemic responses to the benefit of Western institutions. However, the important gain for WHO and its backers (almost 80% of WHO’s work is specified directly by its funders) is the wording that further strengthens surveillance (Annex 1) - the key element on which the rest of the business case around future pandemics hinges. This is adopted, and there is a willing workforce to make it happen.
Surveillance ─ identifying threats early and responding ─ seems an obvious thing to support. Doubtless most country delegations were supporting them on that basis. It is particularly aimed at detecting passage of potential pathogens from animals to humans, as in the current publicity around avian (bird) flu. This seeming obvious public good is why this whole agenda has got so far, and why it is so easy to sell to anyone who has not stopped to think.
We have just taken a further step down the road to a world built on false claims and the rule of self-declared experts. This is not something that can be ‘won’ but an unending battle against human greed and self-interest that will always be with us. The hard part is to recognize the intent through the mix of fear (keep watching bird flu) and flowery verbiage. When those who advocate a change are the ones who stand to gain at others’ expense, and when they misrepresent the risks of failing to follow their lead, we should start to understand. Greed is not a new problem.
The recent months of negotiations have shown that many involved in the process are recognizing potential harms, and a few countries are raising reservations. However, self-interest, coercion and propaganda are a powerful combination. Those pushing medical fascism, and those enchanted by it, are very much in control. A further step down this fascist road is no victory. But if we keep exposing false narratives and refuse to comply with stupidity, there are signs that the worst of the current agenda may yet be derailed. Truth remains the chief enemy of all that is currently being forced on the world by a self-entitled few.

James Roguski - "The bad news is that we got our butts whipped by the WHO when they managed to adopt the amendments to the International Health Regulations while nearly everyone was busy celebrating prematurely. The really, really bad news is that elements within the health freedom movement and the alternative media are inaccurately reporting recent events as if it was some form of victory for the people. I encourage you to watch the video, read the documents and then ask yourself: WHO won?"
Noor Bin Ladin - "A few days ago, James and I recorded a general briefing covering the outcome of the 77th World Health Assembly, including the adopted amendments to the International Health Regulation (IHR). There is still a lot to unpack though, which is why we jumped on another call to discuss the revised IHR in further detail. As you will hear, there are a few amendments that caught James’ attention due to their damning implications. Not least Article 44 bis (and its associated provisions), which establishes a new "Coordinating Financial Mechanism" within the WHO’s purview. So what is this “mechanism”, exactly? How will it operate and who will be in charge? A lot remains to be seen, but simply put, the “mechanism” is a new “function” of the WHO which will ensure that the production of poisonous Big Pharma products is increased and their distribution facilitated worldwide.
Which brings us to our main question: WHO won?
The answer is unequivocal: more poisonous Big Pharma products is not a win for we, the people.
Nor are many of the other IHR provisions which support the issuance of tyrannical measures by our governments…
As mentioned previously, there’s been a lot of confusion surrounding the WHA77 –– emanating from the WHO itself by design, but also due to false victory laps from “our side”.
Reading the new IHR and listening to James’ explanations, it is clear that this fight is far from over. Our adversaries are hell-bent on pursuing their nefarious agenda, and they are counting on our credulity. Now is not the time to let up, but to push back even harder."
