🌿ብፁዕ አባ አቡነ ተክለ ሃይማኖት ዘኤለ ገዳማተ እምኀበ እግዚኡ ይነሣእ እሴተ ቦአ ሀገረ ደብረ ሊባኖስ በፍሥሐ ወበሰላም።

⚜ሰአል ለነ ጊዮርጊስ ኀበ እግዚአብሔር ወጸሊ በእንቲአነ ሐረድዎ ወገመድዎ ወዘረዉ ሥጋሁ ከመ ሐመድ ወወሰድዎ ኀበ ሰብዓ ነገሥት ረገጸ ምድረ አንሥአ ሙታነ አባ ጊዮርጊስ በሰላም ዐደወ መንግሥተ ክብር ወረሰ።

🌿ወልደ እግዚአብሔር አምላክነ ወመድኃኒነ ዕቀብ  ሕይወተነ እም ገሀነመ እሳት ወእምኵሉ መንሱት በእንተ ቅዱስ ስምከ ወበእንተ ማርያም እምከ ወበእንተ ቅዱስ መስቀል ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ ወንጌላዊ ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ መጥምቅከ ወበእንተ ኵሎሙ ቅዱሳን ወሀባ ሰላመ ለሀገሪትነ ኢትዮጵያ ወለቅድስት ቤተክርስቲያን።

⚜ሰላም ለክሙ ጻድቃን ወሰማዕት እለ አዕረፍክሙ በዛቲ ዕለት መዋዕያነ ዓለም አንትሙ በብዙኅ ትዕግሥት። ሰአሉ ቅድመ ፈጣሪ በኩሉ ሰዓት እንበለ ንስሐ ኪያነ ኢይንሣእ ሞት።

🌿አንቅሐኒ በጽባሕ ክሥተኒ ዕዝንየ በዘአጸምእ አምላኪየ አምላኪየ እገይሥ ኀቤከ ዘይሰማዕ ግበር ሊተ ምሕረተከ በጽባሕ"

⚜ነቢያት ወሐዋርያት፥ ጻድቃን ወሰማዕት፤ ደናግል ወመነኮሳት፥ አዕሩግ ወሕጻናት፤ ገዳማውያን ወሊቃውንት፤ ሰአሉ ለነ ኲልክሙ፥ ቅድመ መንበሩ ለጸባኦት።

🌿እግዝእትየ ፍትሕኒ እማዕሠሩ ለሰይጣን፤
እሙ ለመድኅን ወለተ ብርሃን።

+ታዲያ ቅዱሳኑ በያሉበት ሆነው በሀብታቸው እንግዳ
እየተቀበሉ: ድሆችን እያበሉ: በክህነታቸው ደግሞ
እያስተማሩና እየናዘዙ ትጉሃን ስለ ነበሩ በሰውም ሆነ
በእግዚአብሔር ዘንድ ሞገስ ነበራቸው:: በእንዲህ ያለ
ግብር ሳሉ ዘመነ ሰማዕታት አሐዱ አለ:: "ክርስቶስን ካዱ:
ለጣዖት ስገዱ" እያሉ መኩዋንንቱና ነገሥታቱ ሕዝበ
ክርስቲያኑን ያሰቃዩ ገቡ::

+በዚህ ጊዜ 4ቱ ቅዱሳን አንድ ነገር መከሩ:: በየእሥር
ቤቱ የተጣሉ ክርስቲያኖችን ለማገልገል ቆረጡ:: እግረ
መንገዳቸውን እያስተማሩ እሥረኞችን ያጽናኑ ገቡ::
የራበውን ያበላሉ: የተሰበረውን ይጠግናሉ: በቁስሉም ላይ
መድኃኒትን ያደርጉ ነበር:: የመከራው ዘመን ግን እየረዘመ:
ግፉም ከልክ እያለፈ መጣ::

+በዚህ ጊዜ 4ቱ ቅዱሳን ትልቁንና የመጨረሻውን ውሳኔ
አስተላለፉ:: ከሰማዕታት ወገን ይቆጠሩ ዘንድ
መርጠዋልና: ክርስቶስን በሞቱ ይመስሉት ዘንድ ሽተዋልና:
የሩጫቸው መጨረሻ ሰማዕትነት እንዲሆን መረጡ::

+አራቱም ያላቸውን ንብረት ሁሉ ሰብስበው ለነዳያን
አካፈሉ:: በትከሻቸው ካለች አጽፍ በቀር ስባሪ ገንዘብ
ከሃብታቸው አላስቀሩም:: ከዚያ ጉዞ ወደ ምስክርነት
አደባባይ (ዐውደ ስምዕ) አደረጉ::

+በዙፋኑ የተቀመጠው የመኮንኑ ግርማ: መሬት ላይ
የፈሰሰው የወገኖቻቸው ደም: የሠራዊቱ ድንፋታ ቅዱሳኑን
አላስፈራቸውም:: በይፋ "ክርስቲያን ነን" ሲሉ ተናገሩ::
በዘመኑ እንዲሕ ብሎ መናገር አንገት የሚያስቆርጥ ትልቅ
ድፍረት ነበር::

+መኮንኑም ከበጐ ሃይማኖታቸው ይለያቸው ዘንድ በእሳት
አቃጠላቸው:: እግዚአብሔር አዳናቸው:: በቀስትም:
በስለትም: በብረትም ለቀናት አሰቃያቸው:: ቅዱሳኑ ግን
አምላካቸውን አምነው ሁሉን በአኮቴት ተቀበሉ::
በመጨረሻ ግን በዚሕች ዕለት የሞት ፍርድ ተፈርዶባቸው
ተገድለዋል:: ስለ ምጽዋታቸው: በጎ አገልግሎታቸውና
ሰማዕትነታቸው ጻድቅ: ፈራጅ ከሆነ ፈጣሪ አክሊልን

✞✞✞On this day we commemorate the departure of the Four Martyred Holy Fathers✞✞✞

✞✞✞In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, one God. Amen!✞✞✞

✞✞✞The Four Martyred Holy Fathers✞✞✞
=>The four martyred saintly fathers were the fruits of the Era of Persecution and were called Abba Akra (Apakir), Abba John, Abba Ptolemy (Abtelma), and Abba Philip. Before the Era of Persecution (in their earlier lives), they were wealthy priests. And their wealth was hard earned only.

✞And because the Saints by their wealth received guests and fed the poor, and with their priestly vocation taught and heard confessions in their respective surroundings, they had favor before people and God.  And while they lived in such manners the Era of Persecution began. And the rulers and emperors of the time started afflicting the faithful saying, “Renounce Christ and bow down to idols”.

✞And at that juncture, the 4 Saints agreed on one thing. And they committed to serve the Christians who were thrown into prison.  And teaching on their way, they started consoling the prisoners. They fed the hungry, bound the broken, and placed medicine on their wounds.  Nonetheless, the period of persecution became longer and the tortures increased in brutality, passing limits.

✞Thus, at that period, the Four Saints agreed on their final and last decision. They chose to end their struggles as martyrs as they had had decided to be counted amongst the martyrs and wished to be like Christ in His death.

✞Thereafter, all four gathered their entire property and distributed it to the destitute. Except the clothes they had on, they left nothing from their possessions, even a dime. Then, they went to the place of martyrdom/testimony.  

✞The might of the governor upon his throne, the blood of their kinsfolk which was shed and filled the ground or the boasting of the soldiers did not frighten the Saints. Rather, they publicly announced, “We are Christians”. And proclaiming as such at the time was a great insult [against the rulers] which would have one beheaded.
 
✞And the governor burned them so that he would detach them from their faith. But God saved them. And for days, he tortured them with arrows, blades, and rods. However, the Saints, believing in their God, accepted all with praise. Finally, on this day, they were sentenced to death, and were martyred. And they received crowns for their alms giving, for their good service, and martyrdom from the righteous judge, God.

✞✞✞May the God of blessing grant us the grace and honor of his beloved.

በነገራችን ላይ ለቅዱሳን ተገቢውን ክብር በመስጠት:
ታሪካቸውን በመጻፍ: በማጥናት: በመጽሔት: በፊልምና
በመሳሰሉት ለሕዝብ በማስተዋወቅ ግብጻውያኑ ከእኛ ብዙ
ርቀት ሒደዋል:: ዛሬ እንኩዋ የምንጠቀምበትን ስንክሳር
80 ከመቶ እጁን ያዘጋጁት እነርሱ ናቸው::

+አባቶቻችንና እናቶቻችን #ኢትዮዽያውያን_ቅዱሳን ግን
አብዛኞቹ ተረስተው ቀርተዋል:: መጽሐፈ ገድላቸውንም
ብል በልቶታል:: ዛሬም የቤት ሥራው የእኛ ብቻ ነው::

+ወደ ቀደመ ነገራችን እንመለስና ቅዱስ ሚናስ (ትርጉሙ
ታማኝና ቡሩክ ማለት ነው):-
¤በ3ኛው መቶ ክ/ዘመን የነበረ የደጋግ ክርስቲያኖች ልጅ
¤በልጅነቱ የቅድስና ሕይወትን ያጣጣመ
¤በዘመኑ ሰው እጅግ ተወዳጅ የነበረ
¤ሃብትን: ክብርን: ሥልጣንን ንቆ በጾምና በጸሎት የተወሰነ
¤በመጨረሻም በክርስቶስ ስላመነ አላውያን የገደሉት
ሰማዕት ነው::

+እርሱ ሰማዕት ከሆነ ከበርካታ ዘመናት በሁዋላ
ምዕመናን ክቡር አካሉን ፈልገው ያጡታል::

+የሚገለጥበት ጊዜ ሲደርስ ግን እርሱ የተቀበረበት
ምድረ በዳ የበጐችና የእረኞች መዋያ ነበርና ተአምራትን
አደረገ:: አንድ እረኛ በጐቹ ድውያን ሆኑበት:: በዚያ ሰሞን
ከቅዱሱ መቃብር ላይ ጸበል ፈልቆ ነበርና እረኛው ተርታ
ውሃ ነው ብሎ በጎቹን ሲያጠጣቸው አንዱ ድውይ በግ
ወደ ጸበሉ በመዘፈቁ ዳነ::

+በዚህ የተገረመው እረኛ ሁሉንም የታመሙ በጐቹን
አምጥቶ ነከራቸው:: እነርሱም ተፈወሱ:: ይህ ዜና
በምድረ ግብፅ ሲሰማ ድውያን ሁሉ እየመጡ ይፈወሱ

+ነገሩ በሮም ንጉሥ ዘንድ ሲሰማ ሴት ልጁን ከሠራዊቱ
ጋር ላካት:: ምክንያቱም እርሷ ከብዙ ዘመን ጀምራ
መጻጉዕ ነበረችና ፈውስን አጥታ ነበር:: መጥታ
ተጠመቀች: ፈጥናም ተፈወሰች:: እርሷ ግን እንደ ሌሎች
ያዳናትን ማንነት ሳታውቅ መሔድ አልፈለገችምና ሱባዔ ገባች::

+#ቅዱስ_ሚናስ በሌሊት ራዕይ መጥቶ ሥጋው እንዳለ
ነገራት:: እርሷም መሬቱን አስቆፍራ የቅዱሱን አካል
በክብር አስወጣች:: ከዚያም በንጉሡ ትዕዛዝ ምድረ
በዳው ከተማ እንዲሆን ተቀየረ:: ስሙም " #መርዩጥ "
ተባለ:: ጸበሉ የነበረበት ቦታም ላይ የማር ሚናስ

✞✞✞On this day we commemorate the Consecration of the Church of Saint Menas (Mina) the Martyr✞✞✞

✞✞✞In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, one God. Amen!✞✞✞

✞✞✞Saint Menas/Mina the Martyr – One of the Laity✞✞✞
=>St. Menas/Mina takes precedence amongst the most loved martyrs in the land of Egypt.  As St. George has a special place in our country (Ethiopia), Egyptians cannot have enough of invoking the name of the Saint, Mar Mina. 

✞And that is because he is one of the great martyrs and until this day performs miracles which are astounding to the ears and the eyes. Particularly, for the person who is sick, weary and anxious, he is a haste aid, an intercessor that heals, and one with a decent cure. 

✞We have heard it said that if you find in Egypt a person who has not heard of the Saint then that individual is not Orthodox. By the way, Egyptians have went much further than us in giving proper honor to the saints, in writing and studying their stories, and in introducing them to their people through magazines, films, and the like.  Even 80% of the Synaxarium which we use today was prepared by them.

✞However, most of our Ethiopian fathers and mothers have been forgotten. And their hagiographies are being eaten by moth. It is still solely our homework.
   
✞Coming back to what we have started, St. Mina (whose name means “trusted” and “blessed”) was a martyr
*who lived in the 3rd century that was a son of kind Christians
*who enjoyed the holy life in his childhood
*who was loved by the people of his time
*who lived in prayer and fasting by shunning wealth, honor and authority
*and who was, in the end, killed by unbelieving rulers for having faith in Christ.

✞And years after he was martyred, the faithful searched and they were not able to locate his relics.

✞But when the time came for it to be revealed, as the place where he was buried had become a desolate one where shepherds and their flock spent their days, he performed a miracle [there]. The sheep of one the shepherds became sick. And because at the time a healing spring had sprang from the Saint’s resting place, the shepherd, thinking it was just another stream, guided his flock to drink. However, one entered the spring wholly and was healed.

✞The shepherd who was amazed at this, then immersed the rest and they all were cured. And when the news was heard all over Egypt, the sick started to congregate, and they were restored. Then again, they or the shepherd did not know the reason for the healings.

✞And when the news was heard by the Roman Emperor, he sent his daughter who was sick for many years and had no cure, with his soldiers. Afterwards, she bathed with the holy water and was immediately healed. But unlike others, she did not want to leave without knowing about who/what had healed her. Thus, she started fasting, and praying.

✞And St. Mina appeared to her in a revelation during the night and told her that his body was located there. And then, she had the place dug and took out the Saint’s relics with honor. And by the decree of the Emperor the desert was changed to a city and it was called Maryut. And on this day, where the holy healing spring was, a church, in the name of Mar Mina, was built and consecrated.

✞✞✞May our God grant us from the Saint’s blessing.

🕊መንግሥተ ሰማያት ቀርባለችና ንስኅ ግቡ🕊
(ማቴ ፫:፫)

🌿ብፁዕ አባ አቡነ ተክለ ሃይማኖት ዘኤለ ገዳማተ እምኀበ እግዚኡ ይነሣእ እሴተ ቦአ ሀገረ ደብረ ሊባኖስ በፍሥሐ ወበሰላም።

⚜ሰአል ለነ ጊዮርጊስ ኀበ እግዚአብሔር ወጸሊ በእንቲአነ ሐረድዎ ወገመድዎ ወዘረዉ ሥጋሁ ከመ ሐመድ ወወሰድዎ ኀበ ሰብዓ ነገሥት ረገጸ ምድረ አንሥአ ሙታነ አባ ጊዮርጊስ በሰላም ዐደወ መንግሥተ ክብር ወረሰ።

🌿ወልደ እግዚአብሔር አምላክነ ወመድኃኒነ ዕቀብ  ሕይወተነ እም ገሀነመ እሳት ወእምኵሉ መንሱት በእንተ ቅዱስ ስምከ ወበእንተ ማርያም እምከ ወበእንተ ቅዱስ መስቀል ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ ወንጌላዊ ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ መጥምቅከ ወበእንተ ኵሎሙ ቅዱሳን ወሀባ ሰላመ ለሀገሪትነ ኢትዮጵያ ወለቅድስት ቤተክርስቲያን።

⚜ሰላም ለክሙ ጻድቃን ወሰማዕት እለ አዕረፍክሙ በዛቲ ዕለት መዋዕያነ ዓለም አንትሙ በብዙኅ ትዕግሥት። ሰአሉ ቅድመ ፈጣሪ በኩሉ ሰዓት እንበለ ንስሐ ኪያነ ኢይንሣእ ሞት።

🌿አንቅሐኒ በጽባሕ ክሥተኒ ዕዝንየ በዘአጸምእ አምላኪየ አምላኪየ እገይሥ ኀቤከ ዘይሰማዕ ግበር ሊተ ምሕረተከ በጽባሕ"

⚜ነቢያት ወሐዋርያት፥ ጻድቃን ወሰማዕት፤ ደናግል ወመነኮሳት፥ አዕሩግ ወሕጻናት፤ ገዳማውያን ወሊቃውንት፤ ሰአሉ ለነ ኲልክሙ፥ ቅድመ መንበሩ ለጸባኦት።

🌿እግዝእትየ ፍትሕኒ እማዕሠሩ ለሰይጣን፤
እሙ ለመድኅን ወለተ ብርሃን።

✝ዝክረ ቅዱሳን ማኅበረ ቅዱስ ዳዊት ጉባኤ ዘጎንደር

🌿ፍቅር ያጌብረኒ ከመ እንግር ዜናሆሙ ለቅዱሳን! (የቅዱሳንን ታሪክ እንድመሰክር ፍቅር ያስገድደኛል)
