Robert Rundo was granted bail pending the 9th circuit review of the selective prosecution dismissal. Cormac J. Carney states that DoJ has violated Rundo’s 1st, 4th, 5th, and 8th amendment rights
Rundo won't be released yet, as the 9th circuit has basically hijacked the CDCA district court and put an automatic 96 hour hold on any release order being implemented. Feds will almost certainly appeal to 9th circuit.
Carney once again pointed out Antifa as responsible for the violence "Contrary to the government’s accusations, it was Antifa, a far-left extremist group, that posed the insidious threat to democracy."
The release would be with a huge number of conditions including staying at a Salvation Army center, avoiding contact with certain persons, and location monitoring.

Carney's words about DoJ not caring about the constitution seems to have gotten under the skin of Biden appointed US Attorney (USAO Los Angeles) Martin Estrada.
In a statement he claims Rundo was attacking people engaged in "Constitutionally protected free speech"

Rob Rundo has told the Justice-Initiative: "They denied bail. Ninth circuit is doing what the government wants and working with them on this to keep me in prison. (It) is what it is. I am going to trial."
An La Times article is forced to admit through the voice of the Honorable Judge Carney, that "Mr. Rundo and his co-defendants’ clear purpose in attending the rallies... was to battle Antifa and prevent Antifa from hurting the people in attendance.”
But did you know Mr. Rundo had NSDAP paraphernalia in his apartment 6 years ago?
Judge Carney also stated: “...my sense is Orange County people do not like Antifa demeaning disabled veterans, they do not like them desecrating our flag, they do not like them pepper spraying middle-aged women who are just arguing what they believe...”
But don't forget Mr. Rundo had a portrait of Uncle A in his apartment.
The people that bomb and kill millions of women and children around the world, who will shoot you in your bed during a 3am no-knock raid are the "moderates" while Mr. Rundo, a defender of disabled vets and grannies is an "extremist"?
Keep the political pressure up! Unfortunately, many letters to Mr. Rundo are held and later returned. So, flood him with mail and show the System he is supported! Let's hand the Anti-Whites a legal defeat. Free Rundo!✊🏻

Kontrakultur/Counterculture is the realisation that it's not enough to whine like a bitch about the current situation. It's about to know that you need to set a good example for your peers. The culture in the modern world is ugly, evil and weak. Therefore the countermeasures must be beauty, good and strength.
That's the core of the Kontrakultur/Counterculture. To have the flame in your heart that can ignite the whole system. A flame that is beautiful, good and strong.
As Jonathan Bowden said: "Liberalism is moral syphilis. And I'm stepping over it."
But diseases don't go away just by ignoring them. We need to actively fight. To ignite the world we need first to ignite the flame in our hearts and minds. And by those flames cleanse our souls from the moral syphilis. We need to throw of the yoke of illusion of equality and other stupidity. Then we can ignite the world and throw this evil thing called modernity to Hades.
The change begin with you. Together we form the counterculture.
