4月8日，英國政府宣布將撥款4千3百萬英鎊協助透過BN(O) Visa入境居留英國的香港人融入生活，包括為港人提供英語課程及房屋資助，當中更訂明在特殊情況下容許原本不能領取公共福利的香港人能獲破格考慮。政府又推出了以中英雙語寫成的小冊子，協助港人認識英國的生活制度。暖氣軍師除了表示歡迎外，更發現小冊子充斥著切合香港的英式幽默。

小冊子除了涵蓋升學、就業、醫療、創業等議題外，更於開首直言英國生活的基本原則對港人來說可能再熟悉不過。在我們而言，香港絕大多數的美好均是承傳自英國政府，因此這番話對我們來說更是別有一番深意。小冊子更指在英國政府治下市民可以無需畏懼地向警察求助，彷彿諷刺著五千英里外的一個極權。

英國政府為持有BN(O)的香港人大開方便之門，暖氣軍師已是歡迎之至。現在政府更是出錢出力以使流離失所的香港人能盡快適應另一個家，實在難得。

由於有好多人踴躍詢問呢個義工活動，而家喺度統一回答一啲問題。

1. 呢個義工活動並沒有最少工作時數嘅要求。亦即係話你如果可以一個星期空出一或者兩日，甚至係只係半日都係可以參加呢個活動。三個月至半年之後都係可以攞到佢哋嘅工作證明 (work reference)。

2.佢哋係會提供免費嘅 online food safety and health and safety training. 而呢個training係會包括一個證書去證明嘅。

3. 佢哋係有保險去保障大家。如果因為義工期間受到意外，佢哋嘅保險都係可以保障到嘅。

以下訊息來自香港嘅黑群義工，佢哋急需要英國嘅家長幫手，請多多支持。



根據英國回流消息，未成年嘅年輕人入境將需要被安排交由英國政府看管，無論住宿、讀書及生活，佢哋會被安排到兒童中心，並沒收手機同斷絕與外界聯絡，對於未成年嘅小朋友嚟講去到人生路不熟嘅地方要面對呢種情況會增加佢哋壓力

我哋經過努力及搜集信息，了解到如果有預定監護人，佢哋就可以提供于當局，未成年嘅小朋友亦可盡快與外界聯絡

所以我哋希望移居咗英國嘅有心人能夠與我哋聯絡，幫助呢啲小朋友

Letter To Hong Kong 香港家書

No matter how long you have been settled in UK, you are still hearted to your homeland- Hong Kong. Many things did happen in these few years. JHK would like to take the opportunity of 6.12 to express our feelings to Hong Kong or to your beloved family and friends in Hong Kong. We sincerely invite you to write a letter to Hong Kong. It can be anything from your feelings to your life in UK. The targeted audiences are HongKongers and also the people in British so that they will understand more about us as a group of newcomers. Some of these letters will be chosen to be read aloud on 6.12 rally and/or be posted onto our social media channel.

Format: No restriction. Best written in English. JHK also accepts those in Chinese and we will help do translation.

In order to support Hong Kongers who have just arrived in the UK, JHK are going to hold regular events as an integration program to provide assistance for Hong Kongers to get used to living in the UK. Apart from that, JHK are currently recruiting Hong Kongers to participate in our volunteering program as well as seeking local organisations and charities across the country to collaborate in the program. Below please find the summary of the JHK integration program:

1. Language exchange with British born Chinese (BBC):
◦ Regular online meeting
◦ Face to face activities with BBC

2. Volunteering program in collaboration with charities to fulfil the following objectives:
◦ Assisting Hong Kongers to expand the local network
◦ Improving their English communication skill
◦ Gaining new skills from the volunteering work
◦ Obtaining a work reference from the charity after working for them for 3-6 months consistently
◦ Contributing to local communities
◦ To maintain the unique Hong Konger's identity and share it with local community
JHK is only responsible as a platform to share volunteering opportunities for Hong Kongers.

行山路線在Chiltern谷郊區，沿途會經過天然林地及欣賞河景。

JHK is Supporting Hong Kongers in UK to integrate into the society. We are excited to host a 12 mile hike through the countryside of Rickmansworth with a BBC group on the 30th May as part of the Language Exchange program.

The route is covered with natural woodlands and aquatic scenery throughout the countryside of Chiltern valley.

The route will take approximately 5 – 6 hours, level of difficulty is Easy - intermediate. JHK have arranged journalists to do filming during the day, please inform us if you would like to be excluded from filming and interview on the day.

Please let us know ASAP if you’re interested and share this event to your loved ones. JHK is looking forward to seeing you there for this walk of solidarity on the 30th May. Spaces are limited.

二零一九年六月十二日，香港政府強行將《逃犯條例》修訂草案交立法會恢復二讀，觸發警民之間首次大規模衝突，警方施放數以百計的催淚彈及橡膠子彈暴力驅散民眾，從此小城硝煙處處，反送中風波一發不可收拾⋯⋯

其後，中國在香港宣布實施《國安法》，嚴重違反《中英聯合聲明》，損害香港高度自治。英國政府隨即為BN(O)護照持有人開通入籍之路，更撥出4,300萬鎊作支援，兌現保護和捍衛香港民主自由的承諾。

【🌟 “612” Second Anniversary | Rally in Central London 🌠】

On 12 June 2019, the Hong Kong Government introduced the Fugitive Offenders amendment bill to the Legislative Council for a second reading despite mass opposition. The move sparked the first intense confrontation between protesters and the police, who deployed hundreds rounds of tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse the crowds. It was the start of a wave of protests and clashes in Hong Kong…

Subsequently, China imposed the National Security Law in Hong Kong in serious violation of the Sino-British Joint Declaration and damaged the high degree of autonomy in Hong Kong. The UK government then introduced a new route to immigration to BN(O) passport holders and announced a funding of £43 million to support new arrivals in order to make true of its promises to protect and defend democracy and freedom in Hong Kong.

To commemorate the deeply saddening and unforgettable events of “612”, a day when Hongkongers woke up to their national identity, and to express our gratitude to the UK government, Justitia Hong Kong will organise a rally on the second anniversary of “612” on Saturday, 12 June 2021 at Leicester Square. You are welcome to come join us to give your support!

Guests will be invited to speak at the rally, and we will hand out English flyers to explain to the British people about the BN(O) visa scheme and related topics, with an emphasis on the historical connections between the UK and Hong Kong. We will also promote the Hong Kong national identity to the international community and to express our gratitude to the UK government for providing this new immigration route to BN(O) passport holders. We will urge the UK government to continue to sanction the CCP and demand that the CCP take full responsibility for undermining the freedom of Hongkongers and for destroying autonomy in Hong Kong.

The rally will be jointly held with other Hongkongers in Manchester and Reading.

Our Myanmar friends in the UK, Britons in Hong Kong, Mr. Cheng Man Kit from Hongkongers in Britain, and Mr. Jabez Lam will also be joining us on the day of the rally to show their support.

On the same day, another 6.12 rally named “Dawns of Freedom | Relay the Light | Global Rallies for Hong Kong” will also be held in London at different time. Please feel free to support and together we will make our voices for the freedom of Hong Kong heard!
