Explanation
The correct answer is left-sided congestive heart failure. The cardiac silhouette is tall suggestive of left ventricular enlargement, and there is an alveolar pattern in the lung fields. The pulmonary vasculature is also dilated. Remember that cats in heart failure can have edema distributed in patchy infiltrates throughout the lungs, in contrast to dogs where it is more typically in the perihilar region.
Asthma is less likely as no clear bronchial markings are seen and because of the infiltrate. Neoplasia is a consideration, but doesn't explain the cardiac enlargement. Pneumonia could also cause this pattern of infiltrate (although it is more typically cranioventral), but also does not explain the cardiomegaly. There is no evidence of tracheal collapse, which is an exceedingly rare condition in the cat.

Blue: pulmonary veins
Red: Pulmonary arteries. In this case there is enlargement of both the pulmonary arteries and veins

The pulmonary vasculature is also dilated. Remember that cats in heart failure can have edema distributed in patchy infiltrates throughout the lungs, in contrast to dogs where it is more typically in the perihilar region.
Asthma is less likely as no clear bronchial markings are seen and because of the infiltrate. Neoplasia is a consideration, but doesn't explain the cardiac enlargement. There is no evidence of tracheal collapse, which is an exceedingly rare condition in the cat.

مطالعات زیادی نشان داده‌اند که بهره‌وری، سیستم ایمنی، وضعیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و کیفیت گوشت و تخم‌مرغ می‌توانند با استفاده از مکمل‌های غذایی و آمینواسیدهایی که معمولاً به جیره‌های طیور افزوده نمی‌شوند، بهینه تر شوند. درک تأثیرات این آمینواسیدها می‌تواند تولیدکنندگان خوراک و پرورش‌دهندگان طیور را تشویق کند تا آن‌ها را به عنوان افزودنی‌ها به جیره‌های غذایی اضافه کنند. یکی از این آمینواسیدها تریپتوفان (Trp) است.
اهمیت تریپتوفان به طور مستقیم با نقش آن در آنابولیسم پروتئین و به طور غیرمستقیم با متابولیت‌های آن مانند سروتونین و ملاتونین مرتبط است. بنابراین، Trp می‌تواند بر ترشح هورمون‌ها، توسعه اندام‌های ایمنی، تولید گوشت و تخم‌مرغ و کیفیت گوشت و تخم‌مرغ در طیور پرورش‌یافته تحت شرایط کنترل‌شده یا تحت استرس تأثیر بگذارد. به همین دلیل، در پست های آموزشی بعدی به نقش‌های اصلی Trp در تولید طیور و نحوه عملکرد آن در این زمینه می پردازیم تا برای تولیدکنندگان این صنعت نقش آمینواسید Trp را بیش از پیش روشن تر کند.

تریپتوفان (Trp) نقش مهمی در بهبود بهره‌وری تولیدی مرغ‌ها دارد و میزان مصرف آن در رژیم‌های غذایی باید با توجه به نیازهای خاص مرغ‌ها تنظیم شود. برای مثال، در مرحله شروع رشد مرغ‌های گوشتی، بهینه‌ترین تولید با مصرف ۰.۱۸٪ تریپتوفان در رژیم غذایی حاصل می‌شود، در حالی که در دوره‌های بعدی رشد، میزان تریپتوفان باید به ۰.۱۹۸٪ افزایش یابد تا وزن روزانه و نسبت تبدیل خوراک بهبود یابد. همچنین، مطالعات نشان داده‌اند که افزایش میزان تریپتوفان در رژیم غذایی مرغ‌ها می‌تواند باعث بهبود عملکرد رشد شود.
تریپتوفان علاوه بر تأثیر بر رشد، به‌طور غیرمستقیم بر تولید تخم‌مرغ نیز اثر می‌گذارد. همانطور که قبلا گفته شده بود تریپتوفان پیش‌ساز ملاتونین است که نقش مهمی در تجدید سلول‌های تخمدانی و بهبود تولید تخم‌مرغ در مرغ‌های مسن دارد. ملاتونین با افزایش سطح بیان ژن‌ها و سنتز پروتئین، همچنین با کاهش رادیکال‌های آزاد و افزایش ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی طیور، به بهبود تخم‌گذاری و تولید فولیکول‌ها کمک می‌کند. بنابراین، تنظیم مناسب میزان تریپتوفان در رژیم غذایی مرغ‌ها نه تنها رشد و کیفیت گوشت را بهبود می‌بخشد، بلکه می‌تواند عملکرد تولید مثل مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار را به ویژه در سنین بالا ارتقا دهد.

Explanation
The correct answer is hemangiosarcoma. Hemangiosarcoma of the heart has a predilection for the right auricle of dogs, with Golden Retrievers being predisposed. Stabilization of this patient will require pericardiocentesis; prognosis is guarded and may include chemotherapy, pericardiectomy, or rarely auriculectomy. Chemodectoma arises from the ascending aorta and heart base; lymphoma is rare in the heart of dogs and is more commonly metastatic than a single mass. Idiopathic pericardial hemorrhage is incorrect because of the clear evidence of a mass.
