"Questions about the future of society, work, and humanity are often answered with “automation”, or “artificial intelligence”; just the inevitable consequences of the cult of progress. But many feel that there are things much more important than technology, like our collapsing ecosystems and social relationships."

This is an open letter to all the people who, in their good faith, are concerned about events that are shaking the long-standing leadership of the Free Software Movement. Dear hackers, first and foremost let us say that, as a collective and in the true uncompromising spirit of the teachings of Free/Libre Software/Society, we are capable of doing much better than what has just happened.

Awesome project

"The internet as it exists today is a disappointment. The web is transforming again, and we don’t want it to suck like the social media era. We dream of a democratized new era of the Web where creators own their content and data."

Long time no see! We have just published the transcription of the interview DisCOnauts Irene Lopez de Vallejo and Sara Escribano had in Spanish on Radio Nopal about the origins of DisCO, decentralized vs. distributed systems, some of the blind spots of DAOs, the perks of the blockchain and DLT technologies if oriented towards social purposes and much more!
