አባባል፡- እስቲ ጀርባዬን "ወደ ቦታው" ላስመልሰዉ

እውነታ፡ ወገብ ሕመም ማለት የሆነነገር ጀርባችን ላይ ሲዛነፍ (ከቦታው ሲወጣ) ማለት አይደልም ልከ ወደ ቦታው መስተካከል የሚያስፈልገውም ፡፡ ጀርባዎ በጣም ጠንካራ ነው፡ ቦታውን በቀላሉ አይለቅ፡ ዲስኮት በቀላሉ አይንሸራተትም፡፡
አባባል፡ ጀርባ ሕመሜ በቶሎ ለማሻል መተኛት እና ማረፍ አለብኝ።

እውነታ፡ ወዲያውኑ ጉዳት ካጋጠመን በዋላ ሕመሙን የሚያባብሱብን እንቅስቃሴዎች መቀነስ ሕመሙ እዲቀንስልን ይረዳል።
ሆኖም ቀለል ያለ እንቅስቃሴ እና ቀስ በቀስ ወደ ተለመደው የእለት ተእለት እንቅስቃሴዎ መመለስ ከሕመሞ ለመዳን አስተዋጾ አለው፡፡
