Everyone needs a place to live in; it can be rented or purchased. This choice usually makes no difference, but in certain countries, people place great importance on buying a home rather than taking out a lease on one.

This tendency is often developed when people experience economic instability .In fact, this is a normal reaction in a country whose citizens are constantly worrying about changes in prices and the inflation rate. A perfect example in this case is my own country Iran. over the past eight years, our national currency has lost a lot of value due to the crippling sanctions imposed by US, and the prices have increased fivefold. This means that individuals-if tenants- have to pay 5 times more than they used to, with no considerable pay raise. In such countries, people ought to own a home because otherwise they will probably find themselves in dire financial straits.

This situation, despite bringing some financial security to the owners, is generally a change for the worse. In a country where everyone struggles to buy a home, there is usually a lack of inclination to invest in other business ventures which could create jobs for many people and help bolster the economy. To purchase a residence, most people have to dip into a huge proportion of their savings, which means they will not have an adequate budget to do other business activities. The economy of a country can receive severe setbacks from this.

To sum up, spiraling inflation is one of the main contributors to this situation, and the economy of a country can be adversely affected when owing a home assumes considerable significance.

Many governments today allocate significant portions of their national budgets to the development and protection of arts. I think this is necessary and governments should not curb art budgets, although it is vital that more money is spent on education, as well. (42 words)

Decreasing public financial support for art would definitely leave normal people with little or no access to original fine art pieces. High art is immensely sought and supported by the private sector in most parts of the world, with art galleries and agents investing heavily in famous professional artists so that they can sell their works to wealthy private collectors. Therefore, if the government stops investing in this sector, there will practically be no
paintings, sculptures or other forms of art available for ordinary citizens to enjoy, which can not only diminish their pursuit of beauty and perfection, but also leave them more depressed and passive, even vulgar. (108 words)

However, education plays a crucial role in the development of a country. More educated and skillful citizens can contribute greatly to a country’s progress since its industries,
healthcare system and defense capabilities rely mostly on its progress in different fields of science and technology, which in turn requires skillful teachers, advanced computers and better-equipped laboratories. This means that the more money is spent on educational facilities and equipment and the more budget is allocated to supporting students and
educators, the more likely it is for a country to develop. (87 words)

In conclusion, I think governments ought to maintain their financial support for arts while increasing education budgets, ensuring both continued access to fine arts for their citizens and sustained development for their countries. (33 words)

Nowadays, many people, especially the youth, wishfully seek a way of becoming famous in fields such as entertainment or sports. It is, however, important to consider the benefits and drawbacks beforehand.

Most celebrities are relatively well paid, thanks to the advertising royalties they are offered by businesses that exploit the public interest in their Instagram pages and photographs. This allows them to buy sports cars and large mansions, send their children to the best private schools, and travel frequently. Furthermore, many rules and regulations are overlooked or eased for celebrities. Many get away with speeding on highways with a simple warning and a selfie with the officer, or do not have to stand in long queues to board their flights. However, these benefits are available to anyone who works hard and builds a career, and are not limited to celebrities.

There are, however, some disadvantages to fame. In many places, celebrities are asked to meet various behavioral and social expectations that often make their lives quite difficult. Most people seek role models in celebrities, expecting a soccer star, for instance, to be as good a father as possible for his children or a beautiful actress to have a sound and happy relationship with her partner. This judgmental outlook adds significant stress and anxiety to the lives of celebrities, sometimes pushing them to the brink of insanity. They are also constantly deprived of their privacy, as they are exposed to and scrutinised by the mass media, journalists and paparazzi who try to capture every second of their lives for the entertainment and enjoyment of the curious public.

In conclusion, I think there are clear drawbacks to becoming famous which outweigh the possible advantages it might bring. No luxury or level of legal flexibility is worth the stress, anxiety and violation of privacy that celebrities have to endure.
