VII Congress of the Kurash Confederation of Asia: A Step Towards Development, Reform and Harmony

🇰🇷On August 1st, 2025, the VII Congress of the Kurash Confederation of Asia was held in the conference hall of the J One Hotel in Cheongju, South Korea.

📕The conference, attended by leaders from about 25 national federations, the General Secretary of the International Kurash Association Mohammad Reza Nassiri, Technical Director Ravi Kapoor, Head of the IKA Administration Mansur Mirzaev, President of the Kurash Confederation of Asia Komil Ruziyev, Vice President Hameed Farman, Secretary General Farrukh Saidkulov, Rector of the International Kurash Institute Khabibulla Tadjiev, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Seoul Sardor Sadikov, leaders of the city of Goesan and Jungwon University, as well as international observers, discussed important issues regarding the prospects of Kurash on the continent, institutional reforms and prospects for cooperation.

🎙Opening the Congress, the President of the KCA, Komil Ruziev, welcomed the guests and delegates in his speech and expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Korean Kurash Federation, the Geosan City Administration, and Jungwon University for hosting the conference.

♻️“Today’s Congress is another serious step for the development of Kurash, which combines ancient and modern values,” the President of the KCA recognised.
Komil Ruziev also emphasised that the Asian Championship among seniors, cadets, and juniors, which will start tomorrow, is an important test for everyone and a qualifying process for international competitions.

VII Конгресс Конфедерации Кураш Азии: шаг к развитию, реформам и гармонии

🇰🇷1 августа 2025 года в конференц-зале отеля J One в Чхонджу, Южная Корея, состоялся VII Конгресс Конфедерации Кураш Азии.

📕В конференции приняли участие руководители около 25 национальных федераций, Генеральный Секретарь Международной Ассоциации Кураш Мохаммад Реза Нассири, Технический Директор Рави Капур, Глава Администрации IKA Мансур Мирзаев, Президент Конфедерации Кураш Азии Комил Рузиев, Вице-Президент Хамид Фарман, Генеральный Секретарь Фаррух Саидкулов, Ректор Международного Института Кураш Хабибулла Таджиев, советник посольства Республики Узбекистан в Сеуле Сардор Садиков, руководители города Кёсан и Университета Джунвон, а также международные наблюдатели. Участники конференции обсудили важные вопросы, касающиеся перспектив развития Кураш на континенте, институциональных реформ и перспектив сотрудничества.

🎙Открывая Конгресс, Президент KCA Комил Рузиев приветствовал гостей и делегатов в своей речи и выразил благодарность руководству Корейской Федерации Кураш, администрации города Кёсан и Университету Джунвон за организацию конференции.

♻️ «Сегодняшний Конгресс – ещё один серьёзный шаг в развитии Кураш, сочетающего в себе древние и современные ценности», – отметил Президент KCA.
Комил Рузиев также подчеркнул, что чемпионат Азии среди взрослых, кадетов и юниоров, который стартует завтра, – это важное испытание для всех и отборочный этап для участия в международных соревнованиях.

🏆Осиё чемпионати баҳсларига старт берилди

🇰🇷Геосан шаҳридаги Маданият ва спорт марказида Кураш бўйича Осиё чемпионатига расман старт берилди. Бугун чемпионат доирасида ёшлар ва ўсмирлар ўртасидаги беллашувлар бошланди.

Қитъамизнинг 20 дан зиёд давлатидан келган 300 нафардан ортиқ ёш полвонлар гиламда маҳорат синашмоқда. Беллашувлар юқори шиддат ва рақобат руҳида ўтмоқда.

♻️Чемпионат баҳсларини бевосита кузатиш учун Халқаро Кураш Ассоциацияси Президенти Ҳайдар Фарман ва Осиё Кураш Конфедерацияси Президенти Комил Рўзиев спорт мажмуасига ташриф буюрдилар.

🏆Asian Championship competitions started

🇰🇷Asian Kurash Championship officially started in Geosan Cultural and Sports Center. Today competitions among Juniors and Cadets started within the framework of the Championship.

More than 300 young Kurash athletes from more than 20 countries of Asian continent test their strength on the Gilam. Competitions are held in a tense and competitive atmosphere.

♻️President of the International Kurash Association Haider Farman and President of the Kurash Confederation of Asia Komil Ruziev visited the sports complex to directly observe the competition.
They are accompanied by IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri, Head of IKA Administration Mansur Mirzaev and General Secretary of KCA Farrukh Saidkulov.
