Men may oyida o‘tkazilgan seminarda ishtirok etdim. Ushbu seminarda biz barcha tayyorlov usullarini o‘rgandik. Hakamlar va murabbiylar biz bilan o‘z qimmatli bilimlarini bo‘lishdilar.
O‘z mamlakatimizga qaytgach, bu bilimlarni murabbiy va hakamlarimizga yetkazdik. Talabalarimizning ham bu bilimlardan bahramand bo‘lishiga yordam berdik.
15-sentabr kuni, IKI va IKA tomonidan tashkil etilgan Hakamlar Global Sammitida biz hakamlik faoliyatimizni takomillashtirish va qoidalarga aniqlik kiritish uchun yig‘ildik.
Biz o‘z bilimlarimizni bo‘lishamiz va bir-birimizdan o‘rganib, birgalikda rivojlanamiz. Menga ushbu muhim anjumanda ishtirok etish imkoniyatini bergani uchun IKI va IKA rahbariyatiga samimiy minnatdorlik bildiraman.🗣️

In May, I participated in a seminar where we studied various methods of preparation. During this seminar, referees and coaches shared their valuable knowledge with us.
Upon returning to our country, we conveyed this knowledge to our coaches and referees, and we also ensured that our students benefited from it.
On 15 September, at the Global Referees’ Summit organized by IKI and IKA, we gathered to improve our refereeing practice and clarify the rules. We share our knowledge, learn from each other, and progress together.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the leadership of IKI and IKA for granting me the opportunity to take part in this important event.🗣️

Ёшлар ва ўсмирлар ўртасида миллий чемпионатлар авжида
🗓 Сентябр ойи кураш спорти учун айниқса мусобақаларга бой давр ҳисобланади. Ана шу ойда дунё бўйлаб миллий федерациялар ёшлар ва ўсмирлар ўртасида мамлакат чемпионатларини юқори савияда ташкил этмоқда.
🇹🇭 Сентябрнинг дастлабки кунлари Таиланд Кураш ассоциацияси Sukhothai провинциясида ёшлар ўртасида мамлакат биринчилигини ўтказди. Мусобақа 300 нафардан ортиқ иқтидорли ёш курашчиларнинг маҳоратини синовдан ўтказиш майдонига айланди.
🇮🇳 Ҳиндистон Кураш ассоциацияси ҳам ёшлар миллий чемпионатига мезбонлик қилди. Raipur шаҳрида бўлиб ўтган мусобақада мамлакатнинг 24 штатидаги 669 нафар ёш курашчи беллашди.
🇺🇿 Айни пайтда эса Ўзбекистон Кураш федерацияси Наманган шаҳрида кичик ўсмирлар (U13) ўртасида мамлакат чемпионатини ўтказмоқда. Мусобақада мамлакатнинг барча ҳудудидан 659 нафар ёш спортчи ғолиблик учун гиламга чиқмоқда.

National Championships among cadets and juniors are in full swing
🗓 September is a particularly competitive month for Kurash. During this month National Federations around the world are organising national championships among cadets and juniors at a high level.
🇹🇭 In the first days of September, the Thai Kurash Association held the national championship among youth in the province of Sukhothai. The competition became a testing ground for the skills and abilities of more than 300 talented young Kurash athletes.
🇮🇳 The Indian Kurash Association also hosted the national youth championship. 669 young Kurash athletes from 24 states of the country competed in the competition held in Raipur.
🇺🇿 At the same time, the Kurash Federation of Uzbekistan is holding the national championship among children (U13) in the city of Namangan. 659 young athletes from all over the country are taking to Gilam for victory in the competition.
❗️The International Kurash Association always considers the organisation and support of national championships among cadets, juniors and children as an important task. Initiatives in this regard will primarily serve to ensure a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation, as well as to further popularise Kurash and produce new champions in the future.

🛬Шарқий ва Жанубий-Шарқий Осиё мамлакатлари Кураш федерациялари делегациялари Хитой Тайбэига етиб келишди.
♻️Бугун Янги Тайбэй шаҳрида Халқаро Кураш Ассоциацияси (IKA) халқаро мураббийлик семинари бошланди. Семинарни IKA Бош котиби Муҳаммад Реза Нассири рахбарлигида, IKA Администрация раҳбари Мансур Мирзаев, IKA спорт комиссияси аъзоси Juan Dae Wei, IKI экспертлари Ризамат Солиев ва Олим Равшанов ўтказмоқда.
📚 30 нафарга яқин мураббийлар иштирок этаётган семинар “Кураш Усул” дастури асосида олиб борилмоқда. Назарий ва амалий машғулотлар иштирокчиларнинг касбий малакасини ошириш ҳамда замонавий тажрибалар билан ўртоқлашишда муҳим аҳамият касб этмоқда.

East and Southeast Asian Championships started in Taipei
🛬Delegations from the Kurash Federations of East and Southeast Asian countries have arrived in Chinese Taipei.
♻️Today, the international coaching seminar of the International Kurash Association (IKA) started in New Taipei City. The seminar is being conducted under the leadership of the IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri, Head of the IKA Administration Mansur Mirzaev, IKA Sports Commission Member Juan Dae Wei, and IKI experts Rizamat Soliev and Olim Ravshanov.
📚 The seminar, which is attended by about 30 coaches, is being conducted based on the “Kurash Usul” program. Theoretical and practical sessions are important in improving the professional skills of the participants and sharing modern experiences.
❗️The seminar officially started the championship week and serves as an important platform for cooperation and exchange of experience among regional Kurash specialists.
Tomorrow, refereeing seminars are planned.

According to the schedule for the second day of the East and Southeast Asian Championship, a refereeing seminar was organised in New Taipei City.
⚖️ The training sessions were led by Mohammad Reza Nassiri, General Secretary of the International Kurash Association.
He provided participants with comprehensive information on Kurash rules,recent changes to them, and the new criteria being applied in refereeing processes.
👥 The seminar covered both theoretical knowledge for referees and methods for correct practical application. This process was an important step in enhancing the participants' qualifications and ensuring matches are assessed fairly and to a high standard.
✨ The championship, hosted by Chinese Taipei, is proving to be a significant learning experience not only for the athletes but also for the referees and coaches.

🎙️Йиғилишни IKA Бош котиби Муҳаммад Реза Нассири очиб берди. 🗓 On September 29, 2025, the first Congress for the Kurash federations of East and Southeast Asian countries was held in New Taipei City, Chinese Taipei.
🎙️The meeting was opened by the IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri. In his speech, he emphasised the importance of strengthening cooperation with these two regions, noting that this process not only opens up new opportunities in Kurash, but also serves to develop friendly relations between countries.
⏳ Within the framework of the congress agenda, organisational issues and technical details of the championship were discussed.
In particular, on September 30 from 07:00 - unofficial and official weight measurements will take place. At 09:00, the competitions will start.
🔰Tomorrow, on the first day of the championship, women will compete in all weight categories.
On October 1, men are scheduled to test their strength in all weight categories.
❗️The opening ceremony of the tournament is expected to be attended by the mayor of New Taipei City and the president of the Chinese Taipei National Olympic Committee.

The women's competitions of the East and Southeast Asian Championships have finished
🗓️On September 30, 2025, the first day of the competitions of the East and Southeast Asian Championships was held in New Taipei City, Chinese Taipei. According to the program, competitions were organised in all weight categories among women: -48 kg, -52 kg, -57 kg, -63 kg, -70 kg, -78 kg, -87 kg and +87 kg.
📍 The official opening ceremony of the championship was held at the Taipei Gymnasium sports complex.
At the ceremony, IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri, representatives of the National Olympic Committee of Chinese Taipei and the Ministry of Sports spoke and wished the participants good luck. They noted that the Kurash competition serves not only to identify talented athletes, but also to strengthen friendship and cultural cooperation between peoples.
🎶 After the opening, the performance of national songs and dances further deepened the atmosphere of the sports festival.
The first day's competitions were held in a tense and uncompromising spirit. The winners and prize-winners were awarded medals, diplomas and valuable gifts.

According to the program, competitions were organised in all weight categories among women: -48 kg, -52 kg, -57 kg, -63 kg, -70 kg, -78 kg, -87 kg and +87 kg.
At the ceremony, IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri, representatives of the National Olympic Committee of Chinese Taipei and the Ministry of Sports spoke and wished the participants good luck. They noted that the Kurash competition serves not only to identify talented athletes, but also to strengthen friendship and cultural cooperation between peoples.
The first day's competitions were held in a tense and uncompromising spirit. The winners and prize-winners were awarded medals, diplomas and valuable gifts.
