I will start with Pub Adm Paper 1 (and few marks booster topics of Paper 2) first. Will share my Handwritten answers or flow charts or diagrams etc on each topic. You just keep adding/incorporating those in your notes. NO NEED TO SAVE IT DIGITALLY. WILL HAVE NO BENEFITS IN END. Prefer only own handwritten notes method, if you want to seriously improve yourself. 👍

PAMB Approach : For any THINKER
1. ALWAYS HAVE A READYMADE CONTEXT or immediate Past era of that thinker. WHY s/he gave the new theory or concept ? What were the core issues s/he was trying to address ? - MAXIMUM 2-3 LINES CONTENT Or a Flow Chart you need for this. Make it for all major thinkers.
2. Basic Content - 5-10 Key Points related to that thinker. Just 5-10 KEY PHRASES or Points more than enough. (For body use)
3. Read and ready a Counter perspective or critiques of that thinker and theory. (Helps in 2nd last paragraph creation in all kind of questions. Sometimes even core body. ) JUST 3-5 LINES CONTENT MAXIMUM needed. More than that it useless info storage. Paper mein kaam nhi aayega.
4. Good optimistic conclusion lines. (1-2) and it's FUTURE LINKAGES in MODERN Organisations or later theories. (3-4 good Linkage lines MAXIMUM)
So basically we need content for P.P.F. - C.T. Framework
1. PAST (WHY thinker gave a theory)
2. PRESENT (What actually said by that thinker in that theory).
3. Key CRITICISM phrases or COUNTER perspectives to that thinker and theory
4. FUTURE linkages both in theory as well as practice (especially in Indian government context)
5. Key TERMINOLOGY to sprinkle here and there.
That's a standard approach for all core thinkers. If you know this much you can always write much better answers than others, NO MATTER WHAT THE QUESTION is !
