How do you see the person who is sitting on the platform? You not only see visually, but you also see intellectually; you are seeing that person through your memory, through your likes and dislikes, through your various forms of conditioning, and therefore you are not seeing, are you? When you really see something, you see without any of that. Is it not possible to look at a flower without naming it, without giving it a label—just to look at it? And is it not possible when you hear something lovely—not just organized music, but the note of a bird in a forest—to listen to it with all your being? And in the same way, can one not really perceive something? Because, if the mind is capable of actually perceiving, feeling, then there is only experiencing and not the experiencer; then you will find that conflict, with all its miseries, hopes, defenses, and so on, comes to an end.

"What was the golden secret known to Leonardo da Vinci, Kepler, Plato and the ancient magicians? Can there really be a key to nature and life itself? In this small but compact volume internationally renowned divine proportion supersleuth Dr Olsen unravels perhaps the greatest mystery of all time, a code that seems to underly life, the universe and everything, a pattern we instinctively recognise as beautiful, and which nature herself uses at every scale. Designed for artists and scientists alike, this is the smallest, densest and most beautiful book on the golden section ever produced."

A step-by-step guide to authentic advanced shamanic practices
• Offers hands-on instructions for more than 30 practices, including sacred Fire ceremonies, direct shamanic viewing, shamanic death and rebirth, working with healing stones, shamanic lucid dreaming, shamanic healing, and advanced methods for acquiring an animal spirit guide
• Allows solitary shamanic practitioners to advance their practice
• Examines the biological foundations of spiritual experience, the many ways that Psi phenomena and shamanism are linked, and their relationship to the scientific concept of quantum entanglement
In this step-by-step guide to more than three dozen advanced shamanic practices, James Endredy shares the wisdom and techniques he has learned through 30 years of working with shamanic teachers from all over the globe, including Huichol kawiteros, Tibetan lamas, Incan, Mayan, and Tukano shamans, Indian siddhas, the Kanaka Maoli of Hawai’i, and elders from many Native American tribes, such as the Seneca, Lenni Lenape, Arapaho, Sioux, Tuscarora, Yurok, Navajo, and Hopi.
Endredy offers hands-on instructions for sacred Fire ceremonies, direct shamanic viewing, experiencing shamanic death and rebirth, working with and acquiring healing stones, shamanic lucid dreaming, shamanic healing, and advanced methods for acquiring an animal spirit guide, including how to properly retain its spirit in a sacred bundle or altar and how to use its power responsibly for healing. He provides a meticulous step-by-step approach to working with the five points of attention, a Huichol teaching on sacred awareness and shamanic levels of attention. He also examines the many ways that Psi phenomena and shamanism are linked and their relationship to the scientific concept of quantum entanglement.
Showing how quantum physics is the scientific expression of shamanism, the author also explores the biological foundations of spiritual experiences, including the roles of serotonin, dopamine, and opioid transmitters, and the connections between altered consciousness and shamanic states. Integrating modern research with ancient knowledge to provide an enlightened view of shamanism that marries science and spirit, this guide offers authentic shamanic wisdom and techniques to help the solitary practitioner move forward on their shamanic path.

"A classic guide to expanding perception and consciousness development
• Explores six ancient yet timeless systems for exploring the mind: the I Ching, Tantra, Tarot, astrology, alchemy, and the yoga philosophy of Actualism
• Shares exercises from each system and illuminates the key stages in the journey of consciousness development
• Shows how each of these disciplines can help you become a fully aware and conscious participant in your own spiritual evolution
In this highly acclaimed classic, psychedelic elder Ralph Metzner presents a guide to six ancient systems, once known only to the initiated few, to expand awareness and free your consciousness from exterior limitations and cultural conditioning.
Metzner begins with the I Ching, revered by the Chinese as the oldest and wisest book in the world. He explains how it reveals change as the evolutionary constant and offers a hands-on method of divination and guidance. He explores the Hindu and Buddhist Tantras of medieval India, ancient practices celebrating the union of male and female energies that transmute ordinary sense experience into ecstatic ritual worship. He examines the Tarot, revealing how the cards act as culture-transcending mirrors, bringing us through worlds of darkness and light in a complex journey. He looks at the practice of alchemy, explaining how it is a "psychic chemistry" of inner union through which we can transform planetary and cosmic energies. He explores the esoteric aspects of astrology, revealing the rhythmic cycles of the planets and how their phases may be experienced in terms of motion and emotion. He then examines in depth the yoga philosophy of Actualism, centered on the techniques of Agni Yoga, which allow you to use your living "inner fire" to illuminate the shadow parts of consciousness and burn out that which obstructs the free flow of energy.
With a new foreword by UC Berkeley professor of neurobiology David E. Presti and featuring all of the original diagrams, this edition of Metzner’s classic text shows how each of these disciplines can help the modern individual become a fully aware and conscious participant in their own spiritual evolution."

Translation :
Of these two, knowing is self-evident [only to the knowing person]; but doing, when appearing in someone's body, becomes known to others as well, and that gives them a means to infer the existence of knowing in the concerned person.
🌸🌸🌸🌸
Commentary:
Only a person himself is aware of his own knowing. No one else can be directly aware of it because it cannot become an object of another person's perception. But one person's doing can also be perceived by another person; the physical form of the doer naturally becomes visible to others. Since such doing is known by others, it can serve as a logical means for the viewer to infer the existence of knowing in the doer, because no doing is possible without first knowing. All sentient beings possess powers to know and to do. God, the ultimate knower and doer, is thus self-evident in each and every being.

"Qìgōng Small Circulation meditation has been known for centuries to not only promote health and longevity but also to open a path toward spiritual enlightenment.
Small Circulation meditation is the practice of circulating energy within the human body through the two main pathways, the Conception, and the Governing vessels. This practice is considered a foundation of Internal Elixir Qìgōng and was a fundamental step of meditation training in ancient times.

Building upon a foundation of Embryonic Breathing practice, Small Circulation is the second stage of meditation training for health, longevity, and spiritual enlightenment through meditation. The third step is to practice Qìgōng Grand Circulation.
Dr. Yáng presents translation and analysis of many ancient Buddhist and Daoist documents and offers modern scientific explanations for learning and training safely. This double-edged approach will enable you to quickly achieve a high level of understanding.

"Most scholars of Judaism take the term "Jewish mysticism" for granted, and do not engage in a critical discussion of the essentialist perceptions that underlie it. Mystifying Kabbalah studies the evolution of the concept of Jewish mysticism. It examines the major developments in the academic study of Jewish mysticism and its impact on modern Kabbalistic movements in the contexts of Jewish nationalism and New Age spirituality.
Boaz Huss argues that Jewish mysticism is a modern discursive construct and that the identification of Kabbalah and Hasidism as forms of mysticism, which appeared for the first time in the nineteenth century and has become prevalent since the early twentieth, shaped the way in which Kabbalah and Hasidism are perceived and studied today. The notion of Jewish mysticism was established when western scholars accepted the modern idea that mysticism is a universal religious phenomenon of a direct experience of a divine or transcendent reality and applied it to Kabbalah and Hasidism. "Jewish mysticism" gradually became the defining category in the modern academic research of these topics. This book clarifies the historical, cultural, and political contexts that led to the identification of Kabbalah and Hasidism as Jewish mysticism, exposing the underlying ideological and theological presuppositions and revealing the impact of this "mystification" on contemporary forms of Kabbalah and Hasidism."
