We regret to inform the passing of Dr. Ferede Befekadu, who served in the Architecture and Urban Planning Department on Architectural Sciences at Addis Ababa University for several decades, first as an Assistant Professor and later as an Associate Professor. After retirement, he continued as a part-time lecturer at both Addis Ababa University and Unity University. Since 1999, he has been a permanent lecturer at Addis Ababa University, including a two-year tenure as Head of the Department starting in 2010.

The funeral will be held
