إمامة صاحب البيت
صاحب البيت أحق بالإمامة، لقول النّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَلَا يَؤُمَّنَّ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فِي سُلْطَانِهِ، وَلَا يَقْعُدْ فِي بَيْتِهِ عَلَى تَكْرِمَتِهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ» رواه مسلم (673) عن أبي مسعود رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ.
فصاحب البيت أحق بالإمامة، حتى وإن كان أقل في الحفظ والعلم إلا أن يأذن للزائر.

*From the rulings of the prayer*

🏡The owner of the house has more right to lead the prayer in his own home than others.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم said:

“No man should lead another man in prayer in his own domain nor should the latter sit in his house on his bed except with his permission. ”

Narrated by Muslim (673) on the authority of Abu Masoud, (may Allaah be pleased with him.)

The owner of the house is more entitled to lead the prayer in his own home, even if his memorization and knowledge is less, except when he grants permission to the visitor.

لبس العدسات والرموش

هناكَ من النساءِ مَنْ تعبثْ بعينَيْهَا فتضع العدسات، وتضع الرموش الصناعية على هدب العين، وهذا من تغيير خلق الله، ومن التشبه بالكافرات، والنبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال: «مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ» رواه أبو داود (4031) عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا.
وكم في العدسات من أضرار على العين، تسيل الدموع، وتسبب أذى للعين بالاحمرار ونحوه، والالتهاب، وقد يصل الحال إلى ذهاب البصر.
ومن أجل أي شيءٍ تفعل هذا؟ تفعله تزيُّنًا، وقد يكون تباهيًا.
وقد أفتت اللجنة الدائمة بالمنع، ففي «فتاوى اللجنة الدائمة» (17/ 134) وعلى رأسهم الشيخ صالح الفوزان حفظه الله: لا يجوز استخدام الأظافر الصناعية، والرموش المستعارة، والعدسات الملونة؛ لما فيها من الضرر على محالها من الجسم، ولما فيها أيضًا من الغش والخداع، وتغيير خلق الله. اهـ.
وهكذا رموش العين الصناعية هي داخلة في وصل الشعر الملعونة فاعلته، وقد تسبب تساقط الرموش الطبيعية التي خلقها الله.
فاحمدي الله على نعمة العين ورموشها، ولو أنَّ إنسانًا ابُتلي بفقدِ بصرِه دقائق أو ثواني كيف يكون الحال؟!

*Wearing colored contact lenses and artificial eyelashes*

There are some women who resort to wearing colored contact lenses and artificial eyelashes.They place these artificial lashes on top of their own lashes.This is considered as changing Allaah سبحانه و تعالى's creation and imitating the disbelieving women.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم said:

"Whoever resembles /imitates a people is from amongst them."

📓From the narration of Abu Dawood (4031) on the authority of Ibn Umar.

These colored contact lenses could cause a lot of harm to the eyes: from tearing, redness, irritation and inflammation which could eventually lead to blindness.

So, what is the reason for her to use them..!!!? Is it for beautification? Rather, it may be for boasting.

The permanent committee has made it prohibited.

From The head of those scholars, is Sheikh Fawzaan, (may Allaah preserve him) said:

It is not permissable to wear artificial nails, artificial lashes or colored contact lenses because of the harmful effects it has on the area it is placed. This is also considered as a form of deception and changing the creation of Allaah.'

In addition to this, artificial eyelashes are a form of hair extension and the one who uses them is cursed. This can also lead to the falling of one's natural eyelashes that Allaah سبحانه و تعالى created her with.

So praise and thank Allaah for the blessing of eyes and eye lashes.

If we were to be afflicted with the loss of our eyesight for a minute or a few seconds. . how would the situation be?

❓السُّـــ↶ــؤَال:
💎ما حكم السعي بين الصفا والمروة في غير حج ولا عمرة؟

📝 الجَــ↶ـــوَابُ:

🖊لا يشرع هذا، وهذه المسألة قد تُجهل ويُسأل عنها، ربما يكون عند المرأة الحيض وتأتي إلى هنا وترغب في السعي نافلة؛ تعبدًا لله عَزَّ وَجَل، هذا لا يشرع، فالسعي بين الصفا والمروة في غير حج ولا عمرة هذا لا يشرع.

📕قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رَحِمَهُ الله في «فتاوى أركان الإسلام»(540) في الجواب عن سؤال: هل يجوز التطوع بالسعي؟
📌الجواب: لا يجوز التطوع بالسعي؛ لأن السعي إنما يشرع في النسك، الحج أو العمرة؛ لقول الله تعالى: ﴿ إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالمَروَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَن حَجَّ البَيتَ أَوِ اعتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ (158)﴾[البقرة] .

Question:

💎 What is the ruling on the pursuit between Safa and Marwah outside Hajj or Umrah?

Answer:

🖊 This is not permissible. Perhaps a woman is menstruating and wants to make Saee, not for Hajj nor Umrah, seeking voluntary rewards. Know that this action is not allowed.

📕 Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, رحمه الله, said in “Fatawa Arkan Al-Islam” (540) answering this question: Is it permissible to seek voluntary rewards making Saee?

📌 Answer: It is not permissible because Al-Saee is a ritual performed only in Hajj or Umrah. As Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:

﴿ إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالمَروَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَن حَجَّ البَيتَ أَوِ اعتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ (158)﴾[البقرة] .

Which means: “Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'Umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing”.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الْعُمْرَةُ إِلَى الْعُمْرَةِ كَفَّارَةٌ لِمَا بَيْنَهُمَا، وَالْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ لَيْسَ لَهُ جَزَاءٌ إِلاَّ الْجَنَّةُ ‏"‌‏.
رواه البخاري (1773)

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "(The performance of) `Umra is an expiation for the sins committed (between it and the previous one). And the reward of Hajj Mabrur (the one accepted by Allah) is nothing except Paradise."

💎تسأل إحدى أخواتي في الله عما يلي:

ما حكم المرأة تلبس ثيابًا بيضًا للإحرام؟

📝 الجَــ↶ـــوَابُ:

🖊إليكِ فتوى الشيخ ابن باز رَحِمَهُ الله في « فتاوى نور على الدرب»(17/257):
إن السنة للمرأة أن تحرم في ملابس غير جميلة، وغير لافتة للنظر، تحرم في ملابس ليس فيها فتنة لأحد.
📌 أما البيض ففيها نظر؛ لأن فيها تشبهًا بالرجال، إلا إذا كانت على هيئة لا تشبه الرجال، كأن يكون فيها نقط يلبسها النساء في العادة، أو خياطها في جيبها ويديها، وتفصيلها يخالف طريق الرجال، فلا بأس.

🔸 والأفضل أن تكون ملابسها خافتة، ليس فيها ما يلفت النظر، والبيض قد تلفت النظر، فينبغي أن تكون ملابس ليس فيها ما يلفت النظر، وتسبب الافتتان بها من الرجال.

Question:
One of my sisters in Islaam asked:

What is the ruling on a woman wearing white clothes for ihraam?

Answer:

Here is the fatwa of Sheikh Ibn Baz, رحمه الله تعالى in “Fatawa Nour Ala- Al-Darb” (17/257):

“The Sunnah for a woman in ihraam is to be in clothes that are unattractive, not fashionable, and not causing fitna for anyone. As for the white ihraam for women, it’s ruling is uncertain because it may resemble men’s ihraam. Unless they are in a form that does not resemble mens’, as in prints that women have on their clothes, or pockets, or any other details that differentiate it from men’s Ihraam. In such case, there’s nothing wrong it.

Finally, it is best for her ihraam to be dim, not too noticeable. However, white ihraam draws more attention. So, she shouldn’t wear clothes that draw more attention to her nor cause fitna for men.

السؤال
وهل يشرع الطواف بالبيت في غير عمرة ولا حج؟



الجواب

هذا مستحب، ودليل ذلك قوله تَعَالَى: ﴿أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125].

قال شيخ الإسلام في «شرح العمدة» (3/658) عن هذه الآية ﴿إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالمَروَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَن حَجَّ البَيتَ أَوِ اعتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ (158)﴾[البقرة]: فَإِنَّهَا دَلِيلٌ عَلَى امتِنَاعِ الطَّوَافِ بِهِمَا مِن غَيرِ الحَاجِّ وَالمُعتَمِرِ؛ وَلِذَلِكَ لَا يُشرَعُ الطَّوَافُ بِالصَّفَا وَالمَروَةِ إِلَّا فِي حَجٍّ أَو عُمرَةٍ.

بِخِلَافِ الطَّوَافِ بِالبَيتِ، فَإِنَّهُ عِبَادَةٌ مُنفَرِدَةٌ أَفرَدَهَا بِالذِّكرِ فِي قَولِهِ: ﴿أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125]. اهـ.

Question:
Is it permissible to make Tawaaf around the Kaaba if you’re not performing Umrah or Hajj?



Answer:
Yes, it is actually desirable. The evidence for this is the saying of Allah :أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125].

Which means:" Purify and clean My House for those who perform the circuit (around it) and those who cleave to it for devotion and for those who bow down (before Allah) and prostrate (to Him) in Prayer”


Sheikh al -Islam said in “Sharh al -Omda” (3/658) about this verse:
﴿إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالمَروَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَن حَجَّ البَيتَ أَوِ اعتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ (158)﴾
[البقرة]:

Which means: "Verily! As-Safa and Al-Marwah (two mountains in Makkah) are of the Symbols of Allah. So it is not a sin on him who perform Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage) of the House (the Ka'bah at Makkah) to perform the going (Tawaf) between them (As-Safa and Al-Marwah). And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allah is appreciative, All-Knower”

The above verse is an indication that circumambulation around Safa and Marwa for those not performing Hajj or Umrah is not permissible.

However, the circumambulation of the house, it is a worship that’s singled out in Allah’s words: ﴿أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125].

Which means:”Purify and clean My House for those who perform the circuit (around it) and those who cleave to it for devotion and for those who bow down (before Allah) and prostrate (to Him) in Prayer”

📝 الجَــ↶ـــوَابُ:

🖊نعم، تصلى راتبة الفجر؛ لأن النّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ كان شديد المحافظة عليها، كما روى البخاري (1169)، ومسلم (724) عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: «لَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ تَعَاهُدًا عَلَى رَكْعَتَيِ الفَجْرِ».

Question:
💎 Do we pray the two Rak'ah Nafil before dawn (Fajr) prayer during the days of Hajj?

Answer:

Yes, the two Rak’ah Nafil prayer should be prayed before dawn (Fajir) prayer, because the Prophet (ﷺ) was keen at performing it as Al -Bukhari (1169) and Muslim (724) reported on the authority of ‘Aishah, رضي الله عنها said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) was more particular about offering the two (optional) Rak'at at dawn than he was about offering any of the other optional prayers".

We are students of knowledge and have no concern for positions, status or forming parties, because we understand that there’s nothing similar to seeking knowledge. However,
ignorance is what causes some nations to be used as instruments for communists, may Allah curse them, while other nations have been used as instruments for deceptive America.

(نحن في عصر الفتن)

نحن الآن في عصر الفتن
هذا أمرٌ لا يُنكِرُه إلا مَن طمسَ اللهُ بصيرتَهُ .
فرُبَّ امرأةٍ لا تطيع زوجها
ورُبَّ ولدٍ لا يطيع أباه
يبقى المسلم المتمسِّك بدينه حيران
فعلينا معشر المسلمين إذا أردنا النجاح أن نرجعَ إلى ما كان عليه علماؤنا السابقون كالصحابة رضوان الله عليهم والتابعين .

We are in Trails and Tribulations Era

We are now in the era of Fitan.
This is something only those who have been blinded from Allah may deny.
We see women who disobeying their husbands and children disobeying their parents. A Muslim who adheres to his religion may find these times confusing. So, if we want to be successful, we must adhere to what our former scholars practiced such as the companions, may Allah be pleased with them and those who follow them.

الجواب:
هذا جائز، وقد روى البخاري تبويب حديث(1545) معلقًا: وَلَمْ تَرَ عَائِشَةُ بَأْسًا بِالحُلِيِّ، وَالثَّوْبِ الأَسْوَدِ، وَالمُوَرَّدِ، وَالخُفِّ لِلْمَرْأَةِ.

ولكن تتستَّر المرأة ولا تظهر حُليَّها إذا خرجت.

What is the ruling on wearing the ring when one is in the state ihram (the one making Hajj)?

Answer:

This is permissible. Al-Bukhari narrated the hadith (1545):

Aisha رضي الله عنها did not see any harm in wearing jewelry, wearing the color black, red and wearing shoes for the woman. This is permissible provided she covers and veils herself without exposing her jewelry when she goes out.
