I’ve been using baking soda and/or coconut oil to brush my teeth for years now and have 0 sensitivity or cavities compared to before:

- natural whitening but less abrasive than whitener tooth pastes
- anti bacterial/fungal
- pH balancing

Just coming off a vegan diet I stumbled upon Dr. Peat’s work around 2015 while I was looking for a Norwood cure. Ofcourse I didn’t immediately start incorporating bioenergetic principles.
