Iβve been using baking soda and/or coconut oil to brush my teeth for years now and have 0 sensitivity or cavities compared to before:
- natural whitening but less abrasive than whitener tooth pastes
- anti bacterial/fungal
- pH balancing
- anti-inflammatory, soothes gums
Should definitely add some K2 to it as it can strengthen teeth and reduce cavities by up to 90%

Just coming off a vegan diet I stumbled upon Dr. Peatβs work around 2015 while I was looking for a Norwood cure. Ofcourse I didnβt immediately start incorporating bioenergetic principles. I first, as a healthtard does, decided to rek myself a bit more with a keto/carnivore diet. It wasnβt until around 2018 that I stopped all fad diets.

Sleep requires energy. Melatonin acts more like a stress hormoneβsuppressing thyroid function, cooling the body and promoting a sluggish, depressive state. Plenty of better things to supp for sleep; bed time snack, sugar + salt, red light, calcium + magnesiumβ¦
Ray Peat on coffee and sleep:
This is what I mean when I say I sometimes have coffee before bed and that sleeping requires energy.
βIf your liver is very hypothyroid and slow to metabolize things, you might have to stop your coffee in the early afternoon because it will keep circulating the caffeine.
