The advice from OP is not all bad but a couple of pointers:
1. Cottrell uses steroids.
Certain ways of training wonβt apply to you when youβre natural. Naturals need more frequent stimulation as they rely more heavily on local
hypertrophic signaling (~48 hours)
Once youβre past beginner phase, keep training your arms at least 2x per week.
Reducing frequency to 1x per week is sub optimal for naturals.
2. Instead of dropping frequency, increase load and maintain intensity; aim for sets that bring you within 0β2 reps of failure in the 4β8 rep range preferably.
