This week, the PA Commonwealth Court ruled that political parties are not private clubs—they must follow nonprofit laws like everyone else.
✅ Bucks GOP’s bylaws? Invalid.
✅ Officers elected under those bylaws? Not legitimate.
✅ The door is now open for a fresh start built on fairness and representation.
For too long, grassroots voices were dismissed as “divisive.” Today, they’re vindicated. 🙌
