ግን ታፈረችም አለች። ደመቀችም አለች። እጅጋየሁ አለች። ደግሞ አስቴር አለች።

I just got my safaricom sim card and I can't keep calm 😁
It is exciting. I asked too many questions at the provider:
- What is my number?
- How do I recharge my phone?
- Where do I get the card?
- How much is the call price per minute?
- How about internet?
- Does it have packages?
It is all so exciting 😁
People get to choose which telecom service they want from now on.
And it has a lot of 7's in the service which is just a lucky number for everyone.
This could be the beginning of something good, even for Ethio telecom.

I asked a girl who came with a broken arm to the trauma center what her favorite subject is.
She said
የእይታና ክንዋኔ ጥበባት
I was surprised. I asked what they do there.
She said they watch movies, perform plays, draw and sing!
I am surprised.
I said,
በጣም ቀናሁ።
But I think she thought it is one of the things 'adults' say to younger ones.
'አንቺ ትምህርት ቤት ነኝ።'
'ሶስት አመቴ ነው።'
'ነገ እመጣለሁ።'
These things should be frowned upon by the way. It is never okay to lie to a child.

But oh የእይታና ክንዋኔ ጥበባት

My phone's location says I am in Al Fayyum, which is a village in Egypt?

There are some days when I have just finished reading a book or watch a movie... and I am in complete silence. In awe of the art.

I think of all the things in my life... all my worries... all my love... all my hope... and I laugh at them for being so trivial. So insignificant.

Like right now I am so thirsty but that is so insignificant BECAUSE ART EXISTS.

I feel like I am in a beautiful synchronized movement with the entire species called human beings and nature and as if I am in the fearful presence of God.

I can cry like a baby or laugh hysterically because ART EXISTS.

But I am raving.

Friends,
I invite you to watch Qala on Netflix and just be in awe.

Oh glory to the Lord for human beings. Glory to the Lord for art. Glory to the Lord for the artist in you and the artist in me.

Sometimes I say Being is weird which is a line from friends Chandler's
Bing is weird

and no one gets it and it gets kind of serious and gloomy because being is weird and now it is too late to explain about the friends thing.

But I agree with Bing being weird and being being weird too.
