第二屆香港電影節（英國）將於2023年3月18日至31日，在全英國7個城市舉行。今屆電影節主題為「香港與香港的距離」，共分5個環節，帶來27部電影。
The second edition of the Hong Kong Film Festival UK will be held across 7 cities in the UK from 18 - 31 March. Our theme this year is Home Away from Home, which consists of 5 sections, totalling 27 titles.

1）寫一封信｜Write a personal Letter（布里斯托｜Bristol、倫敦｜London）
以人為本的紀錄片，讓不同個體，即使是社會小眾，都有機會掌握話語權，訴說自己經歷和想法，促進不同社群互相了解。是次工作坊，由電影節的其中一位紀錄片導演陳浩倫帶領參加者，透過欣賞不同短片，學習聆聽在自己生活圈以外出現的各樣故事，以及探討在拍攝以人為本的紀錄片時，影像如何幫助我們在陌生環境下，表達難以言喻的心情和經歷。
2）跳格｜Jump out of the Frames（曼徹斯特｜Manchester）
一齣電影、一齣短片、一套動畫、一條廣告片、一段影片、幾秒的shorts/reels，技術上，都是連串一秒25-30格的影像快速連續播放而形成，原理是這樣，實踐又是另一樣。在「跳格」工作坊，參加者會先觀看若干動畫和短片、從中取材，由欣賞角度進入創作模式，之後試試自編、自導、自監、創作、取景、自製特效，製作一條約10秒的單格動畫短片。
