Nikki comes to us with a wealth of nonprofit experience spanning over two decades. Her formative years were spent in Northern Virginia before pursuing her passion for psychology.
As a mental health professional, Nikki has honed her skills in understanding and addressing the needs of both individuals and communities. Her leadership qualities are characterized by a genuine sense of empathy, enabling her to connect with diverse groups and inspire positive change. As an Iranian-American, she recognizes the significance of bridging the gap between cultures and generations, and her steadfast belief in the power of community fuels her drive to create meaning impact.

The IACC Bijan Ghaisar Award was established in 2018, by the Iranian-American Community Center (IACC) to honor service to the Iranian-American community in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
