Prominent Islamic Scholar Arrested For Preaching #Islam

Anti-terrorist squad (ATS) of #UttarPradesh Police have arrested Maulana Kaleem Siddiqui, a prominent Islamic scholar based in Muzaffarnagar, for preaching Islam.

Maulana Kaleem was taken into custody while he was returning to his home at village Fulat in Muzaffarnagar after attending a programme in Meerut on Tuesday night. Angry locals immediately launched a protest outside Lisari Gate police station to know the whereabouts of the Maulana.

In this course, available on YouTube, the eminent Moroccan scholar, ash-Shaykh as-Sayyid Hassan bin ʿAli al-Kettani — may Allah preserve him — teaches and elucidates upon on a classic text commenting on the verses from Surat an-Nisa’ (4:58-59):

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤَدُّوا۟ ٱلْأَمَـٰنَـٰتِ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهَا وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُم بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ أَن تَحْكُمُوا۟ بِٱلْعَدْلِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ نِعِمَّا يَعِظُكُم بِهِۦٓ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ سَمِيعًۢا بَصِيرًا يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ ۖ فَإِن تَنَـٰزَعْتُمْ فِى شَىْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا

(What may mean:) ❝Indeed, Allah commands you to return trusts to their rightful owners; and when you judge between people, judge with fairness. What a noble commandment from Allah to you! Surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. O believers! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. Should you disagree on anything, then refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is the best and fairest resolution.❞

In this book, ash-Shaykh ibn Taymiyyah expands upon these verses in detail, speaking about the reality of the Islamic political system, the obligations of the ruler, his rights over the Ummah, and more. It is very important for today’s students of knowledge, as well as lay-people, to have a grasp of this subject in the light of modern tyranny, similar to that which existed during the time of the author, as well as in the wake of the advent of liberalism, and its effects upon Islamic discourse.

إن صمتنا عن انتهاك حرمات الله وشعائره سيودي بنا للهاوية

المؤسف أن المغرب من الدول الإسلامية القليلة الي تجعل عطلتها السبت والأحد عيدي اليهود والنصارى ولا ترفع رأسا بعيد المسلمين الجمعة ولم يعد أحد يستنكر ذلك ولا يطالب بتغييره!!!

يقولُ صلى اللهُ عليهِ وسلمَ: "أَضَلَّ اللهُ عَنِ الْجُمُعَةِ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَنَا، فَكَانَ لِلْيَهُودِ يَوْمُ السَّبْتِ، وَكَانَ لِلنَّصَارَى يَوْمُ الْأَحَدِ، فَجَاءَ اللهُ بِنَا فَهَدَانَا اللهُ لِيَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ، فَجَعَلَ الْجُمُعَةَ، وَالسَّبْتَ، وَالْأَحَدَ، وَكَذَلِكَ هُمْ تَبَعٌ لَنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، نَحْنُ الْآخِرُونَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا، وَالْأَوَّلُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، الْمَقْضِيُّ لَهُمْ قَبْلَ الْخَلَائِقِ" رواهُ مُسلمٌ.

في "صحيحِ مُسلمٍ" قال صلَّى اللهُ عليْه وسلَّمَ: "خَيْرُ يَوْمٍ طَلَعَتْ عَلَيْهِ الشَّمْسُ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ، فِيهِ خُلِقَ آدَمُ، وَفِيهِ أُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَفِيهِ أُخْرِجَ مِنْهَا وَلَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ إِلَّا فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ".

قال ابنُ القيمِ في زادِ المعَادِ: "وكانَ مِن هَديِهِ تَعظِيمُ هذا اليومِ وتَشرِيفُهُ وتَخصيصُهُ بعباداتٍ يَختَصُّ بها عَن غَيرِهِ". ا.هـ

عن أبي سعيدٍ الخدريِّ رضي اللهُ عنه، أنَّ النبيَّ صلى اللهُ عليه وسلمَ قال: "مَنْ قَرَأَ سُورَةَ الْكَهْفِ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ أَضَاءَ لَهُ مِنَ النُّورِ مَا بَيْنَ الْجُمُعَتَيْنِ" رواه البيهقيُّ وصحَّحه الألبانيُّ.

قال الزُّهْرِيُّ رحمه اللهُ: " بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رِجَالًا، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ شَهِدُوا بَدْرًا، أُصِيبَتْ أَبْصَارُهُمْ فِي عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَبَعْدَهُ، فَكَانُوا لَا يَتْرُكُونَ شُهُودَ الْجُمُعَةِ، فَلَا نَرَى أَنْ يَتْرُكَ الْجُمُعَةَ مَنْ وَجَدَ إِلَيْهَا سَبِيلًا" رواهُ عبدُالرَّزاقِ في مصنفه.

قال رسولُ اللهِ صلى اللهُ عليه وسلم: "مَنْ تَرَكَ ثَلَاثَ جُمَعٍ تَهَاوُنًا بِهَا، طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قَلْبِهِ" رواهُ أبو دَاودَ. وفي صحيحِ مُسلِمٍ قَولُه صلى اللهُ عليه وسلم: "لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ أَقْوَامٌ عَنْ وَدْعِهِمُ الْجُمُعَاتِ، أَوْ لَيَخْتِمَنَّ اللهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ، ثُمَّ لَيَكُونُنَّ مِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ" وقالَ ابنُ عبَّاسٍ: "مَنْ تَرَكَ الْجُمُعَةَ ثَلَاثَ جُمَعٍ مُتَوَالِيَاتٍ فَقَدْ نَبَذَ الْإِسْلَامَ وَرَاءَ ظَهْرِهِ" رواهُ أبو يَعلَي وصححهُ الهَيثَمِيُّ.

كثير من الناس غضبوا عندما صرح ابن علي بأننا انتقلنا من دولة إسلامية لدولة ليبرالية ولكن هذا هو الواقع منذ فجر الاستقلال فدولتنا لا مكان فيها للشريعة الإسلامية واقعيا ولا تقدس يوم الجمعة واقعيا وأغلب الناس تاقلموا مع هذا الواقع!!
