Обязательно ли медитировать каждый день?

Нет, медитация не обязательно должна быть ежедневной привычкой. Главное – регулярность, которая подходит именно вам.

Не корите себя, если пропустили день. Даже 1-2 раза в неделю – это уже хорошо. Прислушивайтесь к своим потребностям и настроению.

Важно, чтобы медитация приносила пользу и удовольствие, а не становилась бременем.
