👈تعرف الحبوب المسكنه زي "البروفين او الفولترين "او حقنن فوتركس اللي انت اديتا لعيان عشان عنده صداع ممكن يكون سبب انه يدخل عناية مكثفة خلال دقايق لانك ما كلفت نفسك تسألو عنده "ازمه او ربو ولا لا " و ان البروفين ده زاد ليهو الحساسيه وقفل الشعب الهوائيه وعمل ليه فشل في وظائف التنفس respiratory failure!
ماتستغرب أخدها معلومة مؤكدة ان شاء الله.

متذكر العيان الجاك ب طراش مستمر"و انت اديتو دواء طراش و طلعتو وجاك تاني يوم ب

مع انك ببساطه لو سالته عن ال..drug history
كنت هتوفر وقت العيان وقروشو لانه كان ها يقول ليك انو بياخد..ACEI..زي الكابتوبريل والاينالابريل ومجموعتهم...وهي دي

• sever RDS.
• congenital pneumonia.
• meconium aspiration syndrome.
• pneumothorax.
• Diaphragmatic hernia.
• persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn.
CARDIAC:
• congenital cyanotic heart disease with increase pulmonary blood flow e.g. TGA, VSD.
• congenital heart disease with critical obstruction.
B- With normal work of breathing :
• Cardiac :congenital cyanotic heart disease with decrease pulmonary blood flow.
• Hematologic: polycythemia and met hemoglobin snow.
C- With decreased work of breathing :
• central respiratory failure.

Ischaemic heart disease :
Is a group of diseases due to myocardial ischemia ...include 👇
1: Angina pectoris
2: Myocardial infarction
3: Sudden death 🙊
4: Chronic ischemia & heart failure
5: Arrhythmia

🤠Arachidonic Acid converts to Prostaglandins by enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX).

•Prostaglandins :
-Hypothalamus→ Increases Temp.
-Immune system→ inflammation
-Nerves → pain
-Blood → clotting
-Vessels → vasodilator and vasoconstrictor by different types of PGs.
-Stomach → Increases production of mucus membrane.

•SO Aspirin Blocks COX :
relieving pain ,fever and inflammation.
•Side effects :
-Low blood clotting
-Gastric ulcer by reducing stomach secretions.
-And by blocking COX there will be more essential Fatty Acid for Lipooxigenasa LOX producing Leukotriene one of its actions increases bronchial secretion → narrowing , it’s very dangerous for Asthmatic patients and it could be fatal.

وهدا النوع شبه العرايس في مسرح العرايس
بانه الرجال الي بيتحكم هوه ال hypothalamus
الخشبه والخيوط هما ال الفص الامامي للpituitar gland
والعروسه هيه ال 1. thyroid gland
لما الرجال بيشد الخيط ويحرك ايد العروسه تماما زي لما ال hypothalamus بيطلب thyroid hormone فبيعمل stimulation لل الجزء الامامي في ال pituitary gland وهوب releasing to TSH هوب stimulation لل thyroid gland هوب releasing to thyroid hormone

طيب الي عنده allergy من اكله او من ريحه ((مش موضوعنا الايت ))
بيحصله acute apnea وممكن تؤدي لshock وتؤدي للوفاه
طيب الي بيكون في هدي الحاله ايش بيعطوله

طيب ليش ما نعطيله steroid hormone
ببساطه لانها دهون فهيه soluble in lipids يعني هيه الي هتخترق ال cell membrane
يعني هرمون شغال برواقه والرجال هيموت فهدا مش هينفع للحالات الطارئه بينفع للحالات ال chronic وبنعطي cortisol hormone

اما الحالات الطارئه فبنعطيله من عائله ال protein hormones
they are water soluble
and lipid insoluble
so there are messengers to carry the hormone so it will be fast and the action will start in seconds

اما الاهميه الثانيه هوه انه مسرع للطلق واعتقد اغلب الناس عارفين هدي الاهميه
او سمع عنها
وهيه
oxytocin hormone بيستخدم في الولاده اذا حصل تاخر في الطلق

ثالث حاجه وهيه انه في ناس كتير بتستغرب كيف الmale بيتحولوا ل female والعكس
خلينا نوضح حاجه مهمه
ان testosterone hormone هوه الي بيظهر الصفات الذكوريه الي بيشتغل عكسه تماما تماما هوه estrogen hormone الي بيظهر الصفات الانثويه

فلما بيعطوها حبوب وابر اي هرمون من هدول بيطغى ع الهرمون التاني فبيبدء يشتغل شغله ويظهر الصفات الي يحملها

وهنا ملاحظه احب اقولها انه العيال والبنات هما
زي صحن حطيت فيه رز صار صحن رز شلت الرز وحطيت محشي صار صحن محشي
وهيك هيه لعبة هرمونات ولا نفس ال تراكيب تماما ماعدا ال prostate and testes and its structre in male
