🔹The discussion focused on the rapid escalation in the Middle East. Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned Israel's act of force against Iran, committed in violation of the UN Charter and other norms of international law.
🔹Both sides expressed most serious concern over the ongoing escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel, which has already had a significant death toll and is fraught with long-term consequences for the entire region. The two leaders called for an immediate cessation of hostilities and for the two sides to settle their differences, including those pertaining to Iran's nuclear programme, exclusively through political and diplomatic means. It was agreed that the relevant authorities of Russia and Turkey will maintain close cooperation on the issue.
🔹When discussing issues concerning Ukraine, Vladimir Putin expressed gratitude to the Turkish side for providing organisational support for the direct talks between Moscow and Kiev. It was noted that Russia strictly complies with the agreements reached as a result of the second round, including those concerning the return of bodies of dead service personnel and the exchange of prisoners of war.

Vladimir Putin has approved a list of instructions following the meeting of the Movement of the First supervisory board
According to the document:
🔹A national drone operators championship for children aged 7 and over, dubbed "Pilots of the Future", will be held in Russia regularly starting in 2026. The championship will be organised by the Movement of the First in cooperation with the Drone Racing Federation, with funding provided by the federal budget.
🔹The Ministry of Sport and the Drone Racing Federation were instructed to submit proposals on reducing the minimum age for participating in drone racing contests from ten to seven years and to take steps to ensure official sports titles and ranks are assigned to athletes competing in the sport of drone racing.
🔹In order to establish a unified guidance environment, the position of advisor to the principal for guidance and relations with children's associations will be introduced at all federal and municipal general institutions.
🔹Assistance and support in terms of methodology for introducing the new position will be provided to educational institutions, with the Ministry of Education and the Russian Children and Youth Centre contributing.
🔹The Federal Government together with the authorities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were instructed to take the necessary steps for holding the Square of the First project in Krasnoyarsk, ensuring in particular the required infrastructure is built, and the embankment of the Yenisei River is equipped with the necessary amenities.
🔹The contest and other events organised by the Znaniye Society to support initiatives of parents' associations will continue to be held going forward, with extra funds allocated for this purpose from the federal budget as needed.

🔹Rostec's enterprises produce 80 percent of arms used in the special military operation.
🔹Military equipment is modernised continuously, with electronic warfare and airspace control systems improved in particular.
🔹The corporation is proceeding with its waste disposal efforts: the new waste incineration plant in the Moscow region processes over 2,000 tonnes of waste a day. Since 2024, 100 million kilowatt-hours of green energy have been generated, and over 200,000 tonnes of household waste have been disposed of.

The Orthotics Innovations Centre has produced 6,000 prostheses since 2022, with 30 percent being bioelectric, microprosessor-controlled appliances. Our main and most important task is to improve the quality of life for people, enhance our cities and communities, develop healthcare and education, and address environmental challenges, among other priorities.
