Umrimda 1-marta to'liq futbol ko'rdim, va ketkazgan vaqtimga achinmadim.

Jahon chempionatda yutish uyoda tursin, u yerga chiqish ham orzu bo'lgan ekan. Qoyil.

Man faqat futbolchilarimizni ustidan kulishganlarini ko'p eshitganman. QVZ, StandUp showlarda faqat shu mavzu bo'lardi. Lekin, bu safar hamma xursand, hamma tabriklagan, va "men bilardim" degan gaplar eshitamiz

"G'alabani do'sti ko'p" - deganlari shu bo'lsa kerak.

📊Task 1: Maps (May 8, 2025)

The pictures illustrate the layout changes in a supermarket comparing the floor plan from five years ago with the current design. Overall, the store has undergone a significant redevelopment and modernization, with the addition of new product sections and self-service checkouts, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Five years ago, the entrance was located in the bottom-left corner, leading directly to the centre of the store. The checkout area was positioned centrally at the bottom of the layout, with four cashier stations and a designated queue line. The frozen food section was situated in the top-left corner, arranged vertically along the wall. Shopping trolleys were placed further down the same wall, below the frozen items. In the centre of the supermarket, there were three aisles: the first stocked flour and eggs, the second offered fruit, and the third was dedicated to vegetables. Along the far right-hand side, the shelves included milk at the top, cheese and beef in the middle, and chicken and fish at the bottom. This section was formed in a vertical row beside the exit, which was located in the bottom-right corner.

Since then, the supermarket has experienced a complete makeover. The entrance has remained the same in bottom-left location. However, the checkout area has been divided into two parts: a self-checkout section with six counters in the centre, and a regular checkout area, which has been relocated to the far right near the new exit. The frozen food section has been moved to the right side and expanded to occupy almost the entire length of the wall. The number of shopping trolleys has doubled, though they remain on the left side of the store.

In terms of the central aisles, the first one from left has remained unchanged, still displaying flour and eggs. The second one now stocks tea, coffee and fruit juice. A third aisle has been added, featuring Weekly Specials and International Food. The vegetable section has been retained, but slightly shifted to the right, becoming the fourth aisle. The previous vertical shelving along the right wall has been repositioned to the top of the layout and now offers milk, bread, cheese, fish and various types of meat.

Task 1: Line Graph (May 3, 2025)

This one was quite tricky. At first glance, I couldn’t tell whether it was a comparative or a trend-based graph; then I realized it actually serves as both.

Task 1: Line Graph (May 3, 2025)

The line graph illustrates the nitrogen oxide emissions (in grams per kilometre) emitted by four types of transport — buses, lorries, petrol car, and diesel car — at speeds ranging from 10 to 130 kilometres per hour.

Overall, buses and lorries emit considerably more nitrogen oxide, while petrol and diesel cars release much less, with diesel cars being the least polluting. In addition, petrol and diesel cars produce nearly the same amount of nitrogen oxide at all speeds, while emissions from buses and lorries vary significantly with speed.

Buses emit by far the most nitrogen oxide, beginning with 40 grams per kilometre when travelling at 10km/h. This figure steadily declines to 25 grams per kilometre at a speed of 60 km/h. However, emissions rise again, exceeding 40 grams per kilometre at 130 km/h. Lorries produce the second-highest emissions, starting at around 33 grams per kilometre at 10km/h. Emissions then continue to decline, reaching a low of just under 20 grams per kilometre at 90km/h. After that, there is a steady rebound to 25 grams per kilometre at 130km/h.

Petrol and diesel cars show nearly flat trends in nitrogen oxide emissions across all speeds. Petrol cars emit just under 10 grams per kilometre at 10km/h; this figure dips slightly at mid-range speeds and returns to the same level by 130km/h. Diesel cars release around 7 grams of nitrogen oxide emissions per kilometre at 10km/h, with emissions falling slightly to 5 grams at 40km/h and remaining steady at that level up to 130km/h.

Maybe it’s time to shift focus to Task 2 essays as well. Honestly, I’ve fallen in love with Task 1 reports, especially for their unpredictable and challenging nature.

However, Task 2 makes up nearly 70% of the overall writing score, so it’s essential that I start writing more essays consistently.

📊Task 1: Graphs with a trend (Line Graph)

The line graph illustrates the consumption of three types of fast food — pizza, fish and chips, and hamburgers — among Australian teenagers between 1975 and 2000.

Overall, while the amount of hamburgers and pizza rose steadily over the period, the intake of fish and chips saw a significant decline. Additionally, fish and chips was the most popular choice in 1975, but it was overtaken by hamburgers by the end of the period.

Hamburgers and pizza followed a similar upward trend overall. In 1975, both were consumed approximately 10 times per year. The figure for hamburgers surged to 100 by 1992, while that for pizza rose to just over 80 during the same period. Both figures remained stable until 2000, resulting in a much wider gap between the consumption of pizza and hamburgers compared to 1975.

In contrast, the trend for fish and chips went in the opposite direction. Consumption started at 100 times per year, then fell gradually to just over 80 times by 1982, before rising again to 95 in the following five years. After that, it declined dramatically to below 40, making it the least popular fast food option by 2000.

I wrote this report specifically for my Novice (pre-IELTS) group to help them better understand how to describe trends and comparisons in IELTS Writing Task 1.

That’s why I tried to use simple and student-friendly language throughout the report.
