Three-Day Capacity Building Training on Bioinformatics Successfully Concluded

A three-day international capacity-building training on Bioinformatics, organized by Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) in collaboration with the International Society for Microbial Ecology (ISME) and Applied Microbiology International, has successfully concluded.
Hosted by AASTU, the training was supported by ISME and Applied Microbiology International, in partnership with the African Microbiome Project, Stellenbosch University (South Africa), and the South African Society for Bioinformatics. The program brought together experienced international experts and more than 40 participants from various universities and research institutions across Ethiopia.

AASTU’s Consultancy Leadership Showcased in Inauguration of Addis Capital Goods Finance Headquarters

AASTU has strengthened its reputation as a national leader in construction, urban design, and development consultancy. The university contributed to the new 11-storey Addis Capital Goods Finance headquarters in Piazza, which was inaugurated by Mayor Adanech Abiebie.
The project, constructed by the Ethiopian Engineering Corporation, marks a major milestone in the city’s infrastructure development. AASTU served as the lead consultancy provider. Its multidisciplinary expertise spanning engineering, architecture, and technology helped ensure the building was completed ahead of schedule while maintaining high construction standards.

የኢትዮጵያ ጥራት ሽልማት ድርጅት በአዘጋጀው 12ኛው ዙር ሃገር አቀፍ የጥራት ሽልማት ላይ ከተወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች መካከል በመሆን ዩኒቨርሲቲው የምስክር ወረቀት ተሸላሚ ሆኗል፡፡ ህዳር 20/2018 ዓ.ም በብሄራዊ ቤተ መንግስት በተካሄደው ሃገር አቀፍ የጥራት ውድድር ላይ በአጠቃላይ 63 ድርጅቶች ተወዳዳሪ የሆኑ ሲሆን በዚህ ውድድር አዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከ 60-75 በመቶ በማምጣት የምስክር ወረቀት ከተሰጣቸው ተቋማት መካከል አንዱ በመሆን የምስክር ወረቀት ተሸላሚ ሆኗል፡፡
የምስክር ወረቀቱን የዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር ደረጀ እንግዳ ተቀብለዋል፡፡

አዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲን 3፡2 በሆነ ውጤት አሸነፈ

የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የ75ኛ ዓመት የአልማዝ ኢዮቤልዩ በዓል ምክንያት በማድረግ በአዘጋጀው የዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የእግር ኳስ ውድድር አዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ተጫውተዋል።
በጨዋታው አዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የኮተቤ ትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ አቻውን 3፡2 በማሸነፍ የበላይነቱን አሳይቷል፡፡
ጨዋታው በከፍተኛ የስነ-ምግባር ጨዋነት የተካሄደ ሲሆን ከምንም በላይ የሁለቱ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎችን የእርስ በእርስ ወዳጅነት ያጠናከረ እንደነበር ተገለጿል ፡፡
