Season 11 Start Date Speculation

Now that it’s less than a week away until the TwitchCon panel where the hermits will be announcing when S11 will be launching, I think it’s ok, and a bit of fun, to speculate about it.

My theory is that Season 11 is further away than everyone might be hoping and/or thinking. Overall, it just feels like there is going to be a significant break between seasons.

My guess is Season 11 is coming in Feb. 2026 and below is why:

The December Minecraft drop/update will have happened by then, mods will have been updated, it gives hermits a good long break to plan for the new season, and that avoids the January slump.

I'm thinking that there will be a new life series Nov.- Dec. to fill the time in between. Grian mentioned a new life series will be coming "Sooner thank you might think" at the end of Past Life. A life series lasts approximately 2 months since they release weekly episodes and unless everyone dies superfast, I’d say 8 episodes is the average for the finale to happen.

It also seems like many of the hermits are gearing up for a longer break given what they're doing in the in-between time.

Obviously, I have no insider knowledge, only clues and context from what Hermits have discussed, and too much time on my hands.

·         Bdubs- just released a new Building with Bdubs video. Which, I guess to be fair, a random upload of that isn't odd as his last one was 5 months ago; maybe some streaming for his youtube members

·         Cub- maybe some variety streaming and some gameplay ideas like his recent Elytra video. I know he has done Indiana Jones fairly recently and has played some modded games recently as well.

·         Doc- supposedly will be joining the new Mindcrack SMP at some point; currently dealing with health issues

·         Etho- will do what Etho does. In his last S10 episode he mentioned that he wants to get better at uploading more, so maybe some Let's Play episodes.

·         False- variety streaming, I know she streams Stardew Vally often

·         Gem- started playing Sims 4 on her main channel; variety streaming

·         Grian- Mentioned a new life series "Sooner than you might think" at the end of Past life; typical Grian vides like Guess the Build, Build and Seek, etc.

·         Hypno- FTB Skies series with xB and other modded series

·         Impulse- variety streaming and Redstone to Riches “Forever World”

·         Jev- started a new hardcore world and has mentioned a new LP "forever world"

·         Joe- has started the "Joe Hills says you can code" series, maybe some variety streaming

·         Keralis- just started a new Create series and consistently plays other builder type games

·         Mumbo- probably climbing mountains or something

·         Pearl- vampire SMP, variety streaming

·         Ren- vampire SMP, variety streaming

·         Scar- variety streaming

·         Skizz- variety streaming

·         Joel- I’ll be honest, I don’t watch him so I have no idea about what he may or may not be doing.

·         Tango- variety streaming with ZITS guys; maybe some DO3 planning during the off time

·         Beef- new Mindcrack series and he’s doing a Skyblock series

·         Wels- Personally I’m unsure, I don’t think he’s said anything, but that’s not unusual.

·         xB- FTB Skies series with Hypno; maybe some other modded series

·         X- is looking for suggestions on what to stream

·         Zed- variety streaming

·         Cleo- vampire SMP, variety stream

I don’t really watch that much streaming, so I don’t know everything that hermits who stream may have discussed. I know some are variety streamers, so if I haven’t heard anything specific from them and I know they stream different games, I just put variety streaming down.

HC started selling merch in August. Jev announced it on his discord 2 days before Guude uploaded the first video of the New Mindcrack server. They have never done this before and at first, I was thinking it was because they were trying to distract from that. After all, they knew the season was
