The response from this sub helped me mentally more than anything else. I also consulted some others who advised me to ask HR for a clarification. Within half an hour, I received a call from Asst Store manager (ASM) and he added me to his and HR's call. We were on a conference call, HR tried to blame me why I didn't ask this prior joining, Why am I only asking this now when I received my salary on 5th April etc. She tried telling me that the offer letter has a mistake, You should've asked at the time of interview itself, and that part timer only gets 4.5k for 4.5 hrs work daily and full timers gets 10k. I asked her to give this explanation to me as an email, she said "not everything has to be done officially", I insisted, she said yes. SHE DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY MAIL. I didn't ask again, thought I would mail again as a remainder later.

Reached office and ASM lashed out asking who am I to mail HR ? He said that he is doing me a favour by allotting me afternoon shift but he can call me int morning also. When i tried telling him I did nothing wrong by mailing HR, he told me you won't get a reply from HR, refused to give me her number and asked me to leave the job if I don't want to work for 4.5k. I asked him to mail me that also and he responded as "What I said now is enough. You get out. You won't get anything by mail"

He kept intimidating and gaslighting me for 2 days infront of other staff and customers.

SM contacted me and asked me to mail all the HR heads, directors, CEOs, and label the mail as high priority with 'misbehaviour to female staff' as Subject. Asked me to not mention SM's name or connection, never put his mail Id in cc and THEN FILE A COMPLAINT IN HUMAN RIGHTS AND THEN LABOUR COURT.

He kept calling me yesterday and then tried to coax me by comparing ME TO FREEDOM FIGHTERS I CAN'T🤣🤣🤣

"It doesn't bother me if you mail or not but you will be a coward if you don't. Ik you're from a cultured family and you have self respect, you've to fight for that"

Called again now, Asked me to not disclose his name or anything. I kinda feel like the main character of a malayalam movie.
