The Priestess of the End is the one who awakens this dragon. She heralds the end for the Pumpkin Planet and destroys its festival.
Thus, she is the end of Halloween. The Elizabeth of the End.

A follow-up skill inherited from King Eliza, the Evil Dragon meant to destroy planets. In exchange for scorching her own body, she grants enormous buffs to a target.

Also known as King Eliza Returns. Tharsis Montes denotes the three massive Martian shield volcanoes—Arsia, Pavonis, and Ascraeus. The Noble Phantasm's purpose is to drag out King Eliza, who perpetually feeds on that volcanic energy. Even after incorporated into Chaldea, the Noble Phantasm remains usable in a limited, pseudo-form, summoning King Eliza to unleash utter destruction.

One could say they had a kind of parent-child relationship.
During that time, Elizabeth of the End—who was briefly obsessed with punk a few seasons prior—would occasionally pass along her thoughts to Elizabeth on what the punk ethos truly was.
This ultimately led to the appearance of Perfect Elizabeth's First Ascension, even though Elizabeth of the End herself was now vehemently opposed to both punk and idol pop.
The tale begins here. The one of the planet’s end.

The three-headed Evil Dragon once possessed a fourth head—an entity known as Eliza Olympus. This was her.
Separated from King Eliza ages ago, she spent seasons on Pumrs planning the dragon's resurrection.
However, her motives were independent, driven by Elizabeth of the End's unique conscience, not King Eliza's unified will.
This created a growing divergence between the two.
The rift became absolute three years ago when she summoned the memory-lost Elizabeth Báthory from Chaldea.

Oh, this? It's the manual we put together when we started the cult, mostly so we could run wicked plots under the guise of King Eliza's word.
The contents are trivial, really. Stuff like quick brainwashing techniques that even work on Servants, how to flee when a good bounty hunter shows up, or methods to exploit people by simply addressing their current problems first…
It's a collection of those types of schemes. Though I have to say, follower recruitment went quite smoothly because of it.
...I did try adding a section on how to communicate with her, but it turned out to be totally useless.
