When we feel anxious, we often tend to overthink. It feels as if thoughts are automatically rushing in our mind and not ready to leave us.

In such moments, don't fight with your thoughts. Be with them. Try to observe them as a third person. If you try to stop them, mostly the opposite will happen, the thoughts will rush in with more intensity.
