Anyone else accidentally "fiber-maxed" and regretted it later???
Ever get influenced by one of those smoothie posts bragging: *“60g fiber in one bowl!”* and think, “**Yeah, I could totally handle that”?**
**Spoiler: I could not.**
Turns out that “60g” is basically a fiber bomb made of oats, chia, spinach, and a heroic scoop of psyllium powder. Add a few healthy snacks and suddenly you are way past the comfortable 30–35g daily range.
My gut? Immediate regret. Bloating, gas, and one very fast jog to the bathroom.
It made me realize, ***Your Gut Needs Adaptation, Not Competition***
**Now I’m sticking to:**
* **Around 25–30g total per day**
* **Mostly real food (lentils, oats, veggies)**
* **Slow increases if I add more**
what’s the worst fiber overload story you’ve had?
Have you found a balance that actually works for your gut?
