🚨🇮🇳🇨🇦 INDIA'S RED FLAG FRIEND - CANADA’S BETRAYAL IN DISGUISE

Canada presents itself as a liberal democracy and strategic ally of India. But beneath the surface, it has become a breeding ground for Khalistani separatists and anti-India forces, threatening diplomatic ties and community safety.

Here’s why India can’t fully trust Canada:

🚩 Thrive of Khalistani extremism

▪️From Vancouver to Brampton, pro-Khalistan groups openly glorify Indira Gandhi’s assassination, burn Indian flags, and mock Indian diplomats — all under Canada’s watch.

▪️In June 2023, a Canadian parade even featured a float reenacting Indira Gandhi’s murder with graphic details, yet former PM Justin Trudeau stayed silent.

🚩Official controversial allegations

▪️In September 2023, Trudeau accused India of involvement in the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Canadian citizen linked to Khalistani terrorism.

▪️But Canada admitted to having no solid evidence.

🚩Safe haven for separatists

▪️Many Khalistani activists freely fundraise, praise extremists, and promote violence in Canada with little to no crackdown.

▪️Indian diplomats face protests, threats, and attacks, while the Canadian government issues no strong condemnation or arrests.

🚩Double standards in action

▪️India sent millions of vaccines to Canada and welcomed Canadian leaders with honors.

▪️Yet, during PM Modi’s visits, Khalistan supporters burn his effigy and hold hate rallies, met with inaction from authorities.

🚩Indian diaspora targeted

▪️Indian students, Hindus, and moderate Sikhs face harassment, temple vandalism, and threats for not supporting Khalistan.

▪️Canada claims to be India’s partner but shelters separatists, breaking trust and fueling conflict.

Words say ally — actions prove the opposite….🤨

Have you read Professor Sreeram Chaulia’s lead column in today’s Hindustan Times on a subject of great global contestation and division?
Why have immigration and migrants become such central issues defining politics and deciding elections in Western countries?
