In recent days I have observed one thing that written goals and a dedicated time period help in achieving goals.

I always had a blue print and a rough sketch in my mind. I wrote down vague & multiple goals and never succeeded to achieve them.

Hence I thought what's the obstacle and found out that I never had a definite time line like I'll start it from this particular date and end it on this date.
Then I decided on a single specific goal and gave it a definite time period to fulfill. I made my mobile wallpaper related to my goal and also downloaded a time tracking app.
I'm using that as a widget on my home screen.
After doing all these now I'm mentally clear about my goals and not feeling exhausted & overwhelmed.

Somedays I don't make any progress but mentally I always think about it.

You can also try to write down a single goal and allot it a specific time.
And always remember God helps those who help themselves ⭐️

उस बँसवट से
इक पीली सी चिड़िया
उसका कुछ अच्छा-सा नाम है !
मुझे पुकारे !
ताना मारे,
भर आयें आँखड़ियाँ !
उन्मन, ये फागुन की शाम है ! (1)

घाट की सीढ़ी तोड़-फोड़ कर बन-तुलसा उग आयीं
झुरमुट से छन जल पर पड़ती सूरज की परछाईं
तोतापंखी किरनों में हिलती बांसों की टहनी
यहीं बैठ कहती थी तुमसे सब कहनी-अनकहनी
आज खा गया बछड़ा माँ की रामायन की पोथी !
अच्छा अब जाने दो मुझ को घर में कितना काम है ! (2)

इस सीढ़ी पर, जहाँ पर लगी हुई है काई
फिसल पड़ी थी मैं, फिर बाहों में कितना शरमायी !
यहीं न तुमने उस दिन तोड़ दिया था मेरा कंगन !
यहां न आऊंगी अब, जाने क्या करने लगता मन !
लेकिन तब तो कभी ना हम में तुम में पल-भर बनती !
तुम कहते थे जिसे छाँह है, मैं कहती थी घाम है ! (3)

अब तो नींद निगोड़ी सपनों-सपनों में भटकी डोले
कभी-कभी तो बड़े सकारे कोयल ऐसे बोले
ज्यों सोते में किसी विषैली नागिन ने हो काटा
मेरे संग-संग अक्सर चौंक-चौंक उठता सन्नाटा
पर फिर भी कुछ कभी न जाहिर करती हूँ इस डर से
कहीं न कोई कह दे कुछ, ये ऋतु इतनी बदनाम है !
ये फागुन की शाम है !

In 1751, Linnaeus designed a flower clock as a way to show how different flowers bloom at specific times of the day, thus creating a living "clock" that could be used to tell time based on the opening and closing patterns of flowers.

For example:
•5:00 AM (early morning) – Crocus (known for opening at dawn)
•9:00 AM – Poppy (which opens late morning)
•12:00 PM (noon) – Lily (which blooms around noon)
•3:00 PM – Rose (usually opens fully in the afternoon)
•6:00 PM (evening) – Evening primrose (blooms in the evening)
•9:00 PM (night) – Night-blooming cereus (which opens at night)

March has a bit of leftover winter and a bit of upcoming summer.
Season is changing and you're also changing every moment. Have you ever tracked your thoughts journey?
How were you as a person last March and how are you now?
What has changed since then?

Do you believe in multiple beginnings? I do. But now I'm wiser and I know now it's not from scratch and once in a while I love changes.
