Years ago i wrote down similar affirmation for myself.
I wrote that I want a happy, loving and peaceful life and I'll choose those circumstances & people who bring me joy and peace. Now there is no place of chaos. I deserve happiness & love as any other living being in this universe deserves.
After that many incidents occurred which were not good in taste however luckily I always remembered those lines which i committed to myself.
Say yes and welcome the happy loving life of yourself. ❤️
A few things which soothe and give me strength during tough times.
1. Now I know my people who bring happiness to me so I stay connected with them.
2. Gradually I'm leaving all those things which don't suit my new life.
3. Praying to God and started going to the temple spontaneously.
4. Being honest with myself.
5. Download the apps which make my journey easy like a habit tracker app, step counting app etc
6. Consciously eat green veggies and fruits. Try to eat at least 5 different fruits & vegetables.
7. Water
8. Exercise

just start walking and path will appear.
So I'm taking small steps everyday and whenever I miss things, I don't start from scratch.
This mindset of let's start again is the biggest hurdle in consistency.
Now I'm being simple and consistent hence I selected only a few habits to track.
Everyday i was able to complete maximum 5 habits out of 8.
But today I ticked all the 8 🎖
I'm just sharing here for motivation purposes. Sometimes we all know the exact path but we are afraid to take the first step.
I wish may this post inspire someone to bring change in their life.

However there are a few days where you want to live leisurely with flow.
So today I thought about listening to fm while winding up my day and there was some love show going on. Fm channels generally play love shows at night.
So here is a calm night, you have peace in your heart. Winter is bidding good bye and basant has taken the main seat.
Cold winds, long walks, lonely paths, dry leaves on road and some soothing song starts play suddenly.
For me that song is baahon ke darmyan.. I listened it after ages on fm and hariharan is my favourite singer.
Enjoying serenity of calming night 🌃
