🌿ብፁዕ አባ አቡነ ተክለ ሃይማኖት ዘኤለ ገዳማተ እምኀበ እግዚኡ ይነሣእ እሴተ ቦአ ሀገረ ደብረ ሊባኖስ በፍሥሐ ወበሰላም።

⚜ሰአል ለነ ጊዮርጊስ ኀበ እግዚአብሔር ወጸሊ በእንቲአነ ሐረድዎ ወገመድዎ ወዘረዉ ሥጋሁ ከመ ሐመድ ወወሰድዎ ኀበ ሰብአ ነገሥት ረገጸ ምድረ አንሥአ ሙታነ አባ ጊዮርጊስ በሰላም ዐደወ መንግሥተ ክብር ወረሰ።

🌿ወልደ እግዚአብሔር አምላክነ ወመድኃኒነ ዕቀብ  ሕይወተነ እም ገሀነመ እሳት ወእምኵሉ መንሱት በእንተ ቅዱስ ስምከ ወበእንተ ማርያም እምከ ወበእንተ ቅዱስ መስቀል ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ ወንጌላዊ ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ መጥምቅከ ወበእንተ ኵሎሙ ቅዱሳን ወሀባ ሰላመ ለሀገሪትነ ኢትዮጵያ ወለቅድስት ቤተክርስቲያን።

⚜ሰላም ለክሙ ጻድቃን ወሰማዕት እለ አዕረፍክሙ በዛቲ ዕለት መዋዕያነ ዓለም አንትሙ በብዙኅ ትዕግሥት። ሰአሉ ቅድመ ፈጣሪ በኩሉ ሰዓት እንበለ ንስሐ ኪያነ ኢይንሣእ ሞት።

🌿አንቅሐኒ በጽባሕ ክሥተኒ ዕዝንየ በዘአጸምእ አምላኪየ አምላኪየ እገይሥ ኀቤከ ዘይሰማዕ ግበር ሊተ ምሕረተከ በጽባሕ"

††† በስመ አብ ወወልድ ወመንፈስ ቅዱስ አሐዱ አምላክ አሜን! †††

††† ቅዱስ አባ ብሶይ ሰማዕት †††

††† ቅዱሱ አባታችን ከዘመነ ሰማዕታት ጣፋጭ ፍሬዎች አንዱና ግንባር ቀደሙ ነው::

††† ጥንተ ነገሩስ እንደ ምን ነው ቢሉ:-

በ3ኛው መቶ ክ/ዘመን ማጠናቀቂያ አካባቢ ታግሕስጦስና ክሪስ የሚባሉ ክርስቲያኖች ነበሩ:: በቀናው የጽድቅ ጐዳና ቢኖሩም ከጋብቻ በኋላ ለአሥራ ሰባት ዓመታት መውለድ አልቻሉም::

የአሥራ ሰባት ዓመት ልመናቸውን የተመለከተ እግዚአብሔር ቅዱስ ገብርኤልን ልኮ አበሰራቸው:: "ሕፃኑ ለሰማዕትነት ተመርጧልና ብሶይ በሉት" አላቸው:: ብሶይ በተወለደ በሰባት ዓመቱ ወላጆቹ ይማር ብለው ወደ ገዳም ወሰዱት:: በገዳም ውስጥ መጻሕፍትን አጥንቶ ዲቁናን ተሾመ:: ወደ ዓለም ተመለስ ቢሉትም እንቢ አለ::

ከባልንጀራው ቅዱስ ጴጥሮስ ጋር ለሃያ አንድ ዓመታት በድንግልና : በተጋድሎ : ጾምና ጸሎትን እያዘወተሩ ኖሩ:: ቅዱስ ብሶይ ሃያ ስምንት ዓመት በሞላው ጊዜ መልአኩ የተናገረው የትንቢት ዘመን ደረሰ:: በርካታ ምዕመናን ክርስቲያን በመሆናቸው ብቻ ታረዱ:: ወደ እሳትም ተጣሉ:: ሞትን የፈሩ ደግሞ በየዱር ገደሉ ተሰደዱ::

ቅዱስ ብሶይም በሚያውቁት ሰዎች ተከሶ ለፍርድ ቀረበ:: ድንገት ከሰማይ ፍጡነ ረድኤት ወሊቀ መላእክት ቅዱስ ገብርኤል ደረሰለት:: "አይዞሕ! እኔ እስከ መጨረሻው ከአንተ ጋር ነኝ" አለው::

የጦር መኮንኑ ክርስቶስን እንዲክድ አባበለው:: ቅዱሱ ግን ጣዖታቱ የአጋንንት ማደሪያ መሆናቸውን በገሃድ ነገረው:: መኮንኑ ቢበሳጭ ወታደሮቹ እንዲጨምቁት አዘዘ:: ደሙ እየወረደ ገረፉት:: በፊትና በኋላ ብረት አድርገው ሥጋውን ጨፍልቀው እሥር ቤት ውስጥ ጣሉት:: ሊቀ መላእክት መጥቶ ዳስሶ አዳነው::

መኮንኑ እርሱን ማሰቃየት ደከመው:: የቅዱሳን ሕይወት ግርም ይላል:: ተገራፊው እያለ ገራፊው : ስቃዩን የሚቀበለው እያለ አሰቃዩ ይደክመዋል::

††† ይሕንን መሰለኝ አባ ጽጌ ድንግል:-
"እመዐዛ ጽጌኪ ድንግል ውስተ ዐውደ ስምዕ ዘሰክረ::
ውግረተ አዕባንኒ ይመስሎ ሐሰረ::
እሳትኒ ማየ ባሕር ቆሪረ" ያለው::

ቅዱስ ብሶይን ከአንዱ መኮንን ወደ ሌላው እያመላለሱ አሰቃዩት:: አካሉን ቆራረጡት:: ዓይኑን በጋለ ብረት አወጡት:: በምጣድ ቆሉት:: በጋን ውስጥ ቀቀሉት:: እርሱ ግን በፈጣሪው ፍቅር የጸና ነውና ሁሉን ታገሰ:: በነዚሕ ሁሉ የስቃይ ዓመታት ቁራሽ ዳቦ እንኳ አላቀመሱትም:: በረሃብ ቀጡት እንጂ:: ለእርሱ ግን ምግቡ የክርስቶስ ስም ነበር::

በመጨረሻ ንጉሡ ዲዮቅልጢያኖስ አንገቱን በሰይፍ አስመታው:: ሥጋውንና የተቆረጠ አንገቱን ገንቦ (ጋን) ውስጥ ከቶ ጣለው:: የቅዱሱን አካል የያዘችው ጋን ግን በእግዚአብሔር ቸርነት : ማንም ሳይሸከማት ከመሬት ከፍ አለች:: ለሃያ ቀናት ተጉዛ ከሶርያ ግብጽ (ቦሃ) ደረሰች:: ክርስቲያኖች ተቀብለው ሲከፍቷት የቅዱስ ብሶይ ራሱና አንገቱ ተጣብቆ ተገኝቷል:: በክብርም አሳርፈውታል::

††† ዳግመኛ በዚሕ ቀን ጻድቅና ተአማኒ (ታማኝ) የተባለ የምሥራቅ ሰው ቅዱስ ያዕቆብ መታሠቢያ ይደረግለታል::
ቅዱስ ያዕቆብ ቁስጥንጥንያ አካባቢ በርሃ ውስጥ ይኖር የነበረ አባት ነው:: ከቅድሰና ሕይወቱ ባሻገር በደፋርነቱ (ጥብዐቱ) ይታወቃል:: በ340ዎቹ ዓ/ም ታናሹ ቆስጠንጢኖስ አርዮሳዊ በሆነ ጊዜ ይሔ አባት በይፋ ገስጾታል::

በዚህም ምክንያት መከራን ተቀብሏል:: ታስሯል:: ተገርፏል:: እግዚአብሔርም መናፍቁን ንጉሥ ለጦርነት በወጣበት ቀስፎታል:: ቅዱሱ በዚህች ቀን ዐርፎ ወደ ወደደው ክርስቶስ ሔዷል::

✞✞✞On this day we commemorate the Departure of Saint Bshay (Ebsoy) the Great Martyr✞✞✞

✞✞✞In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, one God. Amen!✞✞✞

✞✞✞Saint Abba Bshay (Ebsoy) the Martyr✞✞✞
=>Our holy father was one of the sweet fruits of the Era of Persecution. And he takes precedence from many of them.

✞If asked about his life, it was as follows.

✞At the end of the 3rd century, there were Christians named Tagestas and Karisa. And while they lived on the righteous path, they were not able to bear a child for seventeen years after marriage.

✞And God, Who saw their seventeen years of plea, sent St. Gabriel and he announced to them and said, “As the child [that you will bore] is chosen to be a martyr, call him Bshay.” And seven years after Bshay was born, his parents took him to a monastery so that he could study. After he studied the Scriptures, he was ordained a deacon. And when they asked him to return to the city, he said “No”.
  
✞[And in the monastery] he lived with his friend, St. Peter, for twenty one years in virginity and in spiritual struggle by making fasting and prayer their routines. And when St. Bshay became twenty eight years old, the era about which the archangel prophesized came to be. And many of the faithful were slaughtered for just being Christians. And some were thrown into fires while others that feared death fled to the wilderness. 

✞And St. Bshay, being accused by people that knew him, was brought before a court. And suddenly, St. Gabriel the Archangel, who hastens for aid, descended from heaven and told him, “Do not worry! I will be with you until the end.”

✞And the officer in charge tried to persuade the Saint to renounce Christ. However, the Saint told the officer that the idols were the abodes of demons upfront and in public. And because the official was angered, he ordered soldiers to press him (with a henbaz). And they lashed him while his blood poured. Then, they threw him after crushing his flesh in between two metal pieces. Thereafter, the Archangel appeared, touched [his wounds], and healed him.
 
✞And the officer grew tired of torturing the Saint. The life of the saints is awe inspiring! While the tortured is there, the oppressor gets tired and while the suffering is there, the one inflicting the pain becomes weary.
  
✞I think that is why Aba Tsegie Dengel said,
“Virgin, enthralled by your Son’s fragrance
The one that is at the square of the martyrs
While stoned, feels the rocks as hulls
And the flames become as the waters of the cold seas”

✞The tormentors tortured St. Bshay by sending him back and forth from one official to another. And they cut his body to pieces, took out his eyes with hot metal rods, roasted him on iron beds and boiled him as well. Nonetheless, he endured all as he was steadfast in the love of his Creator. And in all those years of trials, his oppressors did not even give him a piece of bread, instead they made him suffer from hunger. However, for the Saint, the name of Christ was food.

✞Finally, Emperor Diocletian had him beheaded.  And he placed the Saint’s severed body and head in a vessel and plunged it. But the vessel, which had the Saint’s body, by the mercy of God, without being carried by anyone, was elevated from the ground. And it travelled for twenty days from Syria and reached Egypt (Boha). And when Christians found and opened it, they saw St. Bshay’s head and neck joined [miraculously]. And they buried him with honors.
 
✞✞✞Saint James/Jacob✞✞✞
=>Also on this day, St. James of the East, the righteous and faithful, is commemorated. 

✞St. James was a father that lived in a desert near Constantinople. This father is known, besides his holy life, for his courage. In the 340s when Constantine the Younger became an Arian, this father rebuked him publicly.✞And because of this, he endured trials. He was imprisoned and lashed. Thus, God smote the heretical Emperor [for the affliction he brought upon the Saint] where he went to do battle.

The Saint passed away on this day and went to Christ, Whom he loved.

✞✞✞May the Good God make us partakers of the blessings of St. Bshay the Martyr and St. James. And may He forgive us through their intercessions.

††† በስመ አብ ወወልድ ወመንፈስ ቅዱስ አሐዱ አምላክ አሜን! †††

†††✝✝✝ አባ ቴዎድሮስ †††✝✝✝

†††አባ ቴዎድሮስ በ4ኛው መቶ ክ/ዘመን የነበረ ግብፃዊ አባት ነው:: ተወልዶ ባደገባት የእስክንድርያ ከተማ ብሉያትንና ሐዲሳት በወቅቱ ከነበሩ አበው ሊቃውንት ተምሯል:: ጊዜው ምንም መናፍቃን የበዙበት ቢሆን በዛው ልክ እነ ቅዱስ እለ እስክንድሮስና ቅዱስ አትናቴዎስን የመሰሉ ቅዱሳን ሊቃውንት ነበሩና ከነሱ የሚገባውን ወስዷል::

አባ ቴዎድሮስ "አባ" ያሰኘው ሥራው:- ሲጀመር ገና በወጣትነቱ ድንግልናንና ምንኩስናን በመምረጡ ነበር:: ምንም እንኳ ሐብት ከእውቀት ጋር ቢስማማለትም ይሕ እርሱን ከምናኔ ሊያስቀረው አልቻለም:: ከከተማ ወጥቶ: በዓት ወስኖ በጾምና በጸሎት ተወሰነ::

በ340ዎቹ ዓ/ም አካባቢ ግን በምዕመናን ላይ ከባድ ችግር ደረሰ:: የወቅቱ ነገሥታት በስመ ክርስቲያን አርዮሳውያን ነበሩና ሕዝቡን ማስገደድ: አንዳንዴም የአርዮስን እምነት ያልተቀበለውን ማስገደል ጀመሩ:: በዚህ ምክንያትም ታላቁ የኦርቶዶክስ ጠበቃ ቅዱስ አትናቴዎስን ከመንበሩ አሳደዱት:: በምትኩም አርዮሳዊ ሰው ዻዻስ ተብሎ ተሾመ:: ይህን ጊዜ ነው እንግዲህ እውነተኛ እረኛ ያስፈለገው::

በበዓቱ የነበረው አባ ቴዎድሮስ አላቅማማም:: ቤተ ክርስቲያን ትፈልገዋለችና መጻሕፍትን ገልጾ ከቦታ ቦታ እየተዘዋወረ ምዕመናንን ያጸናቸው ጀመር:: መናፍቃኑን ተከራክሮ ምላሽ በማሳጣት ሕዝቡን ከኑፋቄ በመጠበቅ የሠራው ሥራ ሐዋርያዊ ቢያሰኘውም ለአርዮሳዊው ዻዻስ (ጊዮርጊስ ይባላል) ሊዋጥለት አልቻለም::
በቁጣ ወታደሮችን ልኮ አባ ቴዎድሮስን ተቆጣው:: እንዳያስተምርም ገሰጸው:: አባ ቴዎድሮስ ግን እሺ ባለማለቱ ግርፋት ታዘዘበት::

ወታደሮች እየተፈራረቁ ሲገርፉት ረድኤተ እግዚአብሔር ከእርሱ ጋር ነበርና ከዛ ሁሉ ግርፋት አንዲቷም አካሉ ላይ አላረፈችም:: በዚህ የተበሳጨው አርዮሳዊ ዻዻስ የአባ ቴዎድሮስን እጅና እግር ከፈረስ ጋሪ በኋላ አስረው በኮረኮንች መንገድ ላይ በፍጥነት እንዲያሮጧቸው አዘዘ::

ፈረሶቹ መሮጥ ሲጀምሩ የአባ ቴዎድሮስ አካሉ ይላላጥ ጀመር:: ትንሽ ቆይቶ ግን እጆቹ ተቆረጡ:: በኋላም ራሱ ከአንገቱ ተለይታ መንገድ ላይ ወደቀች:: አካሉ በሙሉ መሬት ላይ ተበታተነ:: እግዚአብሔር ቅድስት ነፍሱን ተቀብሎ አሳረጋት::

††† ለቅዱሱም 3 አክሊል ከሰማይ ወርዶለታል:-
1.ስለ ፍጹም ምናኔውና ድንግልናው
2.ስለ ሐዋርያዊ የወንጌል አገልግሎቱ
3.ስለ ሃይማኖቱ ደሙን አፍስሷልና
"እምአባልከ ተመቲራ ለእንተ ሠረረት ርዕስ:
እግዚአብሔር አስተቄጸላ በአክሊል ሠላስ" እንዳለ መጽሐፍ::
ምዕመናን ሥጋውን ሰብስበው በዝማሬና በማኅሌት በክብር ቀብረውታል::

✞✞✞On this day we commemorate the Departure of Abba Theodore the Righteous Martyr✞✞✞

✞✞✞In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, one God. Amen!✞✞✞

✞✞✞Abba Theodore✞✞✞
=>Abba Theodore was an Egyptian father that lived in the 4th century. He studied the Old and New Testaments from the then scholars at Alexandria, where he was born and raised.  And though the time was when heretics flourished, he learned from the holy scholars such as St. Alexander and St. Athanasius who likewise lived at that time.

✞The deeds which made Abba Theodore be called “Abba” were the following. His first choices as a young man were virginity and monasticism.  And though he had wealth with knowledge, they did not prevent him from asceticism. Hence, he left the city, occupied a cell, and lived in prayer and fasting. 

✞However, around the 340s a terrible persecution came upon the faithful. The leaders of the time, who were Arians but Christians by name, started forcing people to become Arians and sometimes had those who did not accept Arianism killed.  And because of this, they exiled the Great Apologist for Orthodoxy, St. Athanasius, from his See. And in his place was appointed an Arian man as the Archbishop. And that was when a true shepherd was needed. 

✞And Abba Theodore who dwelt in his cell did not hesitate. As the Church had needed him, he started to travel consoling the faithful by citing from Scripture. And his deeds, arguing with the heretics, silencing them and preserving the people from heresy, made him be known as an apostolic which was not loved by the Arian Bishop (called Gregory of Cappadocia).

✞And in anger, he sent soldiers to Abba Theodore to warn him. And ordered him not to teach. However, as Abba Theodore was unwilling, he was condemned to lashings.

✞And because the grace of God was with him, while the soldiers whipped him turn by turn, not a single beating touched his body. And the Arian Bishop, who was infuriated by this, ordered the hands and legs of Abba Theodore to be tied to cart horses and to be dragged speedily on an unpaved road.

✞And when the horses started running, Abba Theodore’s body began to be peeled. A bit later, his hands were torn. And following that, his head was detached from his body and then all his body was scattered on the ground. And God received and took up his holy soul. 

✞And 3 crowns descended for the Saint.
1. For his perfect asceticism and virginity.
2. For his apostolic service of the Gospel.
3. And for shedding his blood for the faith.

As the Book says
“From your body, your head was severed and hurled
With three crowns that God adorned”

✞The faithful then gathered his body and buried him honorably with hymns and chants.

✞✞✞May our God grant us from the blessings of the Saint.

🕊መንግሥተ ሰማያት ቀርባለችና ንስኅ ግቡ🕊
(ማቴ ፫:፫)

✨በአማን ተንሥአ መድኃኒነ!✨
🌿ብፁዕ አባ አቡነ ተክለ ሃይማኖት ዘኤለ ገዳማተ እምኀበ እግዚኡ ይነሣእ እሴተ ቦአ ሀገረ ደብረ ሊባኖስ በፍሥሐ ወበሰላም።

⚜ሰአል ለነ ጊዮርጊስ ኀበ እግዚአብሔር ወጸሊ በእንቲአነ ሐረድዎ ወገመድዎ ወዘረዉ ሥጋሁ ከመ ሐመድ ወወሰድዎ ኀበ ሰብአ ነገሥት ረገጸ ምድረ አንሥአ ሙታነ አባ ጊዮርጊስ በሰላም ዐደወ መንግሥተ ክብር ወረሰ።

🌿ወልደ እግዚአብሔር አምላክነ ወመድኃኒነ ዕቀብ  ሕይወተነ እም ገሀነመ እሳት ወእምኵሉ መንሱት በእንተ ቅዱስ ስምከ ወበእንተ ማርያም እምከ ወበእንተ ቅዱስ መስቀል ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ ወንጌላዊ ወበእንተ ዮሐንስ መጥምቅከ ወበእንተ ኵሎሙ ቅዱሳን ወሀባ ሰላመ ለሀገሪትነ ኢትዮጵያ ወለቅድስት ቤተክርስቲያን።

⚜ሰላም ለክሙ ጻድቃን ወሰማዕት እለ አዕረፍክሙ በዛቲ ዕለት መዋዕያነ ዓለም አንትሙ በብዙኅ ትዕግሥት። ሰአሉ ቅድመ ፈጣሪ በኩሉ ሰዓት እንበለ ንስሐ ኪያነ ኢይንሣእ ሞት።

🌿አንቅሐኒ በጽባሕ ክሥተኒ ዕዝንየ በዘአጸምእ አምላኪየ አምላኪየ እገይሥ ኀቤከ ዘይሰማዕ ግበር ሊተ ምሕረተከ በጽባሕ"

⚜ነቢያት ወሐዋርያት፥ ጻድቃን ወሰማዕት፤ ደናግል ወመነኮሳት፥ አዕሩግ ወሕጻናት፤ ገዳማውያን ወሊቃውንት፤ ሰአሉ ለነ ኲልክሙ፥ ቅድመ መንበሩ ለጸባኦት።

🌿እግዝእትየ ፍትሕኒ እማዕሠሩ ለሰይጣን፤
እሙ ለመድኅን ወለተ ብርሃን።

✝ዝክረ ቅዱሳን ማኅበረ ቅዱስ ዳዊት ጉባኤ ዘጎንደር
